We went to get a smaller truck and went home with a Ford

We went to get a smaller truck and went home with a Ford Ranger. Kortnee helped us through the purchase process. She listened when we asked to get through purchase quickly. We did not have to wait around all day. Very pleased with our Ranger and the whole experience.

I love Jim Bass dealership.

I love Jim Bass dealership. I have driven several Mazdas and have enjoyed the Mazda car. Ryan Chelberg sold me the last car so I went back to Ryan and loved working with Ryan. His professionalism, knowledge and courteousness were greatly appreciated. He helped me walk through this process to get my new 2025 Mazda CX30. I'm already loving driving my new Mazda. Thanks for helping me get the next vehicle from Jim Bass Ryan!

Nice and clean!

Nice and clean! Robert Trevino was awesome! Fast and always calls back! Definitely recommend Jim Bass Ford! Also very friendly was ready with all the paperwork by the time we got there

My visit to Jim Bass Ford was excellent. I knew the salesman I wanted to talk to and I knew the vehicle I wanted to look at. As always, Mike Smith was so kind and helpful, going out of his way to make sure this deal went off without a hitch.

Salesman was very accommodating and friendly, special

Salesman was very accommodating and friendly, special accessories salesman was very informative and easy to work with, financial expert was very knowledgeable but even though I have an excellent credit score the interest rate on the loan through Ford Motor Credit was outrageously high.

I had no issues dealing with the sales group.

I had no issues dealing with the sales group. The problem started right after the salesman and I agreed on a price and payment. Thats when all the other people come out and want you to buy all the extra packages they have to offer. When you decline these packages they do not stop bugging you until you agree to take it just so they will leave you alone. If you are thinking of buying a new car here I strongly advise against it, they will pressure and guilt trip you into buying more than you are wanting to pay. Your monthly payment will not be what you agree upon with the salesman.
