This dealership was the second worst car buying experience of my life. I drove over an hour to check out a vehicle I found online only to be told they don’t honor those prices. They claimed they don’t put those prices online nor do they regulate that site. The vehicle was new and prices at 36,000 when i got there it was $37,000 then I find out it is actually $40,000. They marked up the vehicle so high that it was ridiculous and after driving an hour to get this dealer I ended up walking out. When I let them know I wanted the online price the finance manager rolled his eyes and refused to deal. So after promising to work on the deal and get the numbers where I wanted them I came back a few days later. When they showed me the numbers after running my credit and my signers credit they were trying to get over $45,000. Let me also tell you this they valued my trade without walking around, opening the doors, or driving it and low balled the number. I showed them printouts I had showing where it was valued at 3 different places A LOT higher and they gave in a little, but they knocked off incentives and raised the price of the vehicle I was interested in up. We walked out and I will not be back. Buyer beware when going here!

Worst dodge dealer in Ga
The salesman I dealt with was rude and a smart xxx. Worst experience ever shopping for a new truck. There offer on my trade in vehicles was an insult so I left. The next morning the salesman at Griffin Dodge Tifton called and asked if I was coming back to Griffin Dodge and I said no. He asked why not and I told him because he was rude and a smart xxx and because they made me such a low ball offer on my trade in vehicles. I hung up the phone and went to South Ga Chrysler Jeep Ram in Cordele Ga and got a great deal on a 2022 Dodge Ram Big Horn 4x4 and they gave me a lot more than I expected for the two vehicles I traded in. I never would have got deal like that from Griffin Dodge.

Most unprofessional salesmen I have ever encountered. Found a vehicle online and went by dealership to inquire. Salesman made out he didn’t know about the vehicle. Sales Manager come out and said the vehicle was on loan. He would get back that afternoon. Never heard a word from them. A few days later, I inquired about vehicle and he stated he thought it sold. Texted a couple days later; he said deal had fell through. Brought by car by for appraisal. Vehicle still not there. Salesman stated they were servicing the vehicle in Sylvester and would gave me that afternoon or next morning. Never heard sword. Finally called him back about appraisal and getting to drive vehicle. He stated I would have a payment of over $800 for 72 months! He never asked me about financing or anything! Turns out he had someone he wanted to let have vehicle and needless to say I never got to see vehicle! Unprofessionalism at its best, I
