Nothing but positives to say about this establishment. Ms. Lupita's customer service was nothing short of spectacular; she responded to every single one of my texts and emails within minutes. While her manager's response time was not nearly as stellar, we were able to reach an agreement that was amicable to both parties. My new (to me) Challenger SRT8 is enroute to my driveway in MN from San Angelo, TX as I write this. Would I buy from this dealer again and/or recommend them to friends and family? That's a big fat YEAH, YOU BETCHA!!

My salesman, Joseph Rowe, took time to answer my questions and belay my doubts. The whole team worked together to ensure I would be able to drive home in a lovely, gently used Cadillac SUV. I cannot say enough about Randall Motors. I am a returning customer, and my experience is still the same. They are not typical car dealerships. Matt was phenomenal . He treated me with respect, took the time to answer any questions, and gave me a price that beat anyone that I had researched. Matt in finance was also very helpful! POOR SERVICE, SHADY, NOT HONEST
Very shady. Would not recommend. You can not trust what they offer. I would look else where. You would have a better chance at a dealer who is honest and stand behind their word.

We were told that this gentleman was interested in buying a customer's trade-in during the purchase process of his new vehicle. We called this gentleman at noon to get a commitment to buy the trade-in. He told us that he needed to talk with his wife and think about it. That is not a commitment but we all decided to give him some time. At 3:00, we still had no word of commitment. We apologized to our buyer, offered $1000 more for the trade and completed the transaction. This gentleman calls back at 5:00 to commit to purchase the trade-in. We apologized and told him he should have committed earlier. He greatly inconvenienced both our customer and our business. This gentleman was given a reasonable amount of time to decide whether to buy the trade-in or not. He then called back and verbally abused myself and others. Even the owner Mr. Randall was there after closing and he thanked me personally. Such a classy dealership. No wonder it’s a Cadillac dealership (but I bought a used Mustang GT from them, which they had listed $5k below book and gave me the best trade in deal that I’d been quoted ). But back to Jay; he was a true no pressure salesperson. He told me to take the Mustang and spend all the time I wanted in it and jokingly said, “but please be back by closing time/6pm.” I was so impressed by his NO pressure and easy going style. I came back a little over an hour later bought it. I was so impressed to be able to buy from a family owned dealership that offers all the service of the giant corporate dealerships, but that DOESN’T feel like some of the giant corporate dealerships we’re plagued with now. Thank you JAY and Randall Motors!

Great Help and No High Pressure Tactics
Working with Ramona and her manager was a very positive experience. There was no high pressure sales tactics and they gave you plenty of space and time to make decisions. Ramona was very quick to return calls and to get information that you need. A very positive experience.
