Stay away from this place!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE HERE. Absolutely incompetent staff/mechanic. My truck was there almost 3 months for warranty work. Horrible communication-telling warranty company one thing and us another, misdiagnosed then tried charging us nearly 3k for repairs “not covered under warranty “. The problem ended up being the mechanic not doing something in the proper order resulting in a newly installed part to fail which was a costly mistake on their part. Took it to another shop and truck was fixed in a matter of a couple of days with the issue being covered UNDER WARRANTY!!! Thank god we didnt fall for the $3000 “fix” they claimed to be our responsibility!!! Wish we would have read the reviews before taking our truck in. Seems to be a common problem with them.

The Best dealership around!!

This is my 4th time buying a new car and by far the BEST experience EVER!! The entire is extremely professional, but yet relaxing and friendly at the same time. Anthony Milsten never once pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. We had a lot in common and it helped time fly by while I was waiting for car's paperwork to be transferred from Midland. This will be my dealership from now on and I will always recommend West Star.

Efficient Service

Combined several tasks in one visit: routine service, state inspection, and completion of recall. This was very helpful to reduce visits as I travel from 70 miles away.

Superior Service, Clean facility, Friendly Helpful

Lonnie Worthington was my Sales Consultant and believe me he has patience. I know I was at WESTSTAR in Monahans, Tx. several times before I decided to purchase my 2016 Acadia Denali. He answered questions and made sure I was taken care of. There were several things he helped me with and I appreciate his caring attitude. I will forever be grateful for all he did for me. He is top notch in my book and I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Dodge service was fantastic!

West Star service department in Monahans is fantastic! Our trip from Florida to Colorado was interrupted on a late Saturday afternoon outside San Antonio when our Dodge 3500 started leaking motor oil. We had to add 8 quarts of oil! When we approached West Star early Monday morning, the service advisor told us they would get us back on the road as soon as possible. They immediately put the truck on the rack, diagnosed the leak source, ordered necessary parts (2 of which had to come from Dallas) for delivery Tuesday to fix the engine rear main seal and front pinion seal. They worked Tuesday and early Wednesday to drop transmission, replace seals. We were back on the road Wednesday afternoon. Everyone at West Star was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and concerned. We would highly recommend them to everyone!
