    They don't stand behind their word. Made an appointment for a test drive, made the drive from out of town and management tries to sell the vehicle before... I arrive. You would think management would have told the potential customer there was a customer coming from out of town for a test drive and after the test drive if the vehicle wasn't purchased then he would have the option to buy it. Piss poor Morales of the management . It would be a cold day in "xxxx" before I bought anything from them.

    My vehicle was not repaired due to the fact it was not displaying the complaint which I brought it in for. Although, pictures from my phone were produced... to support my complaint along with the date of the display of a newly installed radio system, I was also informed my warranty has expired and I would have to pay for repairs although, I purchased an extended warranty which I stated to the customer service representative. What is perplexing to me is there is no warranty beyond the time a new part is installed on a vehicle.

    Overall I was pleased with the maintenance I had I done. Was a little upset with the back order of the module that had to be ordered. I know it isn't the... dealership's fault, Chevy could do a better job on having parts available for a 2016 vehicle.

    Only problem I had experience that when they rotate my tires. Something always missing. This past they broke a stud on my wheel. But they fix it and... got me a loaner until it were done.
