Refused warranty repair

Fitzgerald refused a warranty repair for my 2016 Dodge Durango. Even after I showed them, this was a common occurrence. On top of refusing the repair, I was greeted with a condescending attitude and an outright refusal to even walk outside and look at the vehicle. While I have not had great service at this dealer before, I had mostly positive experiences with them in previous visits for maintenance. Tried to speak to general manager, but was transferred to the Sales Manager, who said he would go talk to the Service Manager and have her call me right away. That was over two weeks ago, and I never received any call back. Went to another local Dodge dealer and they repaired without even questioning.

Very helpful

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. They emailed back right away and didnt push anything and actually sent me the information i was looking for

Excellent Customer Service

We went to buy a Dodge Durango. They had excellent customer service. They did not try to get us to spend more than we wanted to spend. Excellent pricing.

Great Salesman

Even though I did not end up buying a car through them, as the dealership was far from me and one of the dealers in my city came with a similar offer., I had an excellent correspondence with Trey Dollar. I have talked to NUMEROUS dealerships through my buying experience and can say dealing with Trey was absolutely the best and most hassle free experience so far. I will absolutely keep them in mind for my next car purchase. Also they gave me exactly what I was looking for on my trade.

terrible

Had the misfortune of taking my car to this dealership. First 2 weeks I got a new fuel pump $850... This did NOT fix my problem. So I returned said vehicle. After 3 weeks and several calls made to them by me and my calls not being returned when asked I finally went and took my car down the road to another shop at the fast speed of 15 MPH. Thats right, not only had they not found the problem, not fixed the problem, but they made it worse. I drove in at normal speed and drove out at snail speed. Luckily the shop I was going to was only half a mile away so I just dealt with it and made it there. My car will be fixed in a few days by this shop after they discovered it was the Catalytic Converter being stopped up. Couple this with the bad buying experience i had 20 years ago with this dealership which another story in itself and you can imagine that I will never return.

Pleasant Buying Experience

My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience today in buying a low mileage used car. I saw the car on line on Wed. evening, submitted a request that night for info, and had an email and reply by early Thurs. morning. Mike Foster was prompt and timely in responding and I was in and out with a very good and fair deal...no hassle whatsoever and a very good trade in value for my car!! The whole deal was just the way I wanted it to go....staff was friendly and eager to please and Mike was honest, straight forward, and down to earth.
