Hyundai of El Paso has got to be one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman, Juan Carlos, was bitter and very... pushy with the processing, on top of that rude to my grandmother. I recently went in to get my car checked and the mechanics did not even bother to take a look after I told them that the wrench indicator was on (meaning it required services) and ended up breaking down on me. The manager, David, has got to be one of the most heartless managers I have ever come into contact with, as well as the GM Carlos. I will never be conducting business here again. Leeser must be proud of what a horrible business his payroll employees are running.
I went to Hyundai of El Paso Service to get an oil change and state inspection. My Service Advisor Khalil mentioned everything came out good with no issues... to report. As I arrived home, I noticed my rear passenger window was rolled down a little. I checked it further and noticed someone placed a piece of cardboard to try and hold it up. I immediately called Khalil back to see why I wasn't informed of the window regulator being broken. Khalil himself wasn't informed. Khalil talked to the Tech who mentioned their team rolls down the windows a little to spray the inside of the cars with disinfectant. He further stated the tech couldn't roll the window back up as the regulator broke and so he put a cardboard to keep it up but because he was overwhelmed forgot to mention it to the Service Advisor. Khalil mentioned Tommy DeArman (Director) offered to pay for the labor but would not pay for the part which is about $300.00. This is without a doubt unacceptable service. I understand regulators break but it didn't break on my watch and Hyundai should have some class and not act like a small shop and use cardboard to try and hide the issue. I will also add this Hyundai is 1 of 3 Hyundai's my family owns. However if this is the kind of service we will receive, we will no longer purchase another vehicle from Hyundai or use your Service Center as well. This is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
Had a problem with my car and all persons involved kept avoiding my phone calls and warranty lady didn’t bother letting me know whether or not my service... would be covered and left me outside for about 45 minutes and never returned to see me. One of the sales personnel and service members came out To let me know that they would contact me and go to the extent to help me out . It never happened . They simply avoided every phone call. When I showed up they gave me promising information which was a waste of time and gas going over to see how it would all be resolved. In the end they claimed that I wanted free services when I was very willing to pay for it if they would have just told me from the beginning . Honesty is true best policy which equals happy customer .
Steer clear of the service department. They add service items you tell them to hold off on and fail to perform services you requested. End cost was over... $800 above what they quoted and because they didn't do what I requested, it's going to cost me more money and wasted time. They also told me I needed repairs that weren't necessary according to their own inspection report which the service rep didn't even show me.
I bought my Santa Fe from Hyundai of El Paso and love it! Still runs great and always has. Great customer service and friendly people. I'll buy by next... vehicle there, too.
Don’t ever think of buying a Hyundai or going to this place. With this price you can even buy a lot better Japanese or American cars. My car engine that... was under warranty got replaced after 5 months! Yes 5 months! The car was unattended under sun exposure for 5 months. And interestingly the company representative said that it is quite normal to take 5 months to replace an engine on a Hyundai car.Even if they had sent the engine from South Korea with a boat it would have not taken this long. They also ripped me off as of about 400$ for some very minor paint that was scratched off the rear bumper as big as of 3 chickpea sizes which was already present on the bumper when i got the loaner car and I disregarded it because I never thought these people will ripp off customers out of even their loaner cars. They had threatened me indirectly through the case manager of Hyundai USA corporation that if I don’t pay that money and don’t return the other loaner car when the engine was replaced after 5 months , they would charge me other fees. The Hyundai case manager was just nothing but calling on and off and doing nothing. Don’t buy Hyundai snd avoid tbese people!!!
What a regreat i have on buying my car from this dealer. I have had nothing but issues with them, from bad customer service to not getting my service repairs... done right. Take warning. I guess Oscar is too busy to give good service to a customer. Purchasing a car should be a great experience.
I leased a vehicle 3 years ago, and returned it on August 5, 2014. Let me start off by saying nobody at this dealership knows what they are doing when... it comes to turning in a lease. First of all they are very rude especially Cesar Martinez. Instead of him being understanding, helpful and patient, he was arrogant, rude, condescending and didn't seem interested in helping me at all (and this is a manager)! I called Hyundai lease (very nice) and they actually helped me. If you are there to buy a car it seems that they will bend over backwards for a sale, but if you go in there for anything else, they will not want to help you. I will never buy, lease or recommend hyundai of El Paso to anyone! Very bad experience!
They have very shady tactics and can be very rude once they realize that you want to look elsewhere. Abraham, the manager is very unprofessional and even... used foul langue when talking to other managers about me not accepting the deal! The owner (Also the Mayor of El Paso) needs to spend more time at his dealership so that he can see what's going on! I would like to leave ZERO stars!
The customer service was horrible! After getting the run around from the sales rep and the manager didn't offer to help me out.
