I went with low expectations of even being able to purchase a car due to credit history etc. However I was pleasantly surprised! The salesman, Santiago, was very nice and helpful. He really made us feel comfortable and explained everything so well. He worked hard to get me into a vehicle and I couldn't believe that I finally had my first car. He introduced us to everyone and even let us pick an item from the merchandise area. The finance man was also very nice and explained everything well also. I'm very happy to have stopped by and even happier that I'm a part of the Nissan family now. Truly amazing staff and service! Would 10/10 recommend anyone in need of a vehicle to stop by. They truly work magic and do their work with care.

After window shopping with many Nissan locations in Texas, nobody could beat the deal on a 2019 Nissan Armada platinum. I live in Midland and I didnt have to travel across Texas to get a great price when I can get it in Odessa Nissan. Checked in online early morning before dealership opened about a sale on 2018 Titan XD. Received a called from sales manager (Jason Jones) and told him I need a quote on 2 certain Titan XD's. He Emailed me a quote within half an hour and assigned a salesman(Patrick January). We made appt with Patrick to meet at 4:00 pm that day. We drove 130 miles to Odessa and test drove the 1 Titan XD we were interested in . We decided to buy and thought we would have to come back in a couple of days to complete the paper work but they told us they could get the Titan XD ready while we complete the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership were super nice and friendly and Patrick was especially helpful explaining all the bells and whistles to a couple of 70 year old people that are not too tech savvy. Finance was short and quick thanks to the knowledge of finance manager (Onyebuchi Okezie). He made sure we understood all the paperwork we were signing. As we left the finance office all the employees at the dealership applauded and thanked and congratulated us on our purchase. We left the dealership around 7:00 pm in our new truck and headed to Lubbock.

Easy to deal with. Did everything via phone or text. Would definitely buy from West Texas Nissan again. Clayton and The West Texas Nissan Team went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied.

Santiago Leal was an excellent sales person. The 1st time we arrived at the dealership we were just looking and he gave us his business card with no pressure that day. He simply said just think about us in the future and walked off. We came back approximately 2 weeks later to buy a car from your dealership. And we only wanted him. He was very professional, accommodating, easy to work with and funny!! Oh my gosh is he funny! We had a good time and an excellent experience buying a vehicle this time.
