My vehicle has been in the shop over 18 months.
My vehicle has been in the shop over 18 months. My messages all go without answer and it is clear to me that I will be made to pay out of pocket despite having full coverage insurance. I cant get an answer on how MUCH i will be made to pay or when the vehicle will be ready for pick up. This has been going on since March of 2022. My insurance company cannot get ahold of anyone either - this has been going on entirely too long

All was a good experience while there at the dealership. But, when I got home I realized that the head lights seemed to not have been adjusted. I have sent emails, but no one responds.
