    WE BOUGHT A 2013 FORD F 150 TRUCK AND SHOT GUN US WITH THE PRICE. WITHIN LESS THAN A MONTH WE PAID 400$ OUT OF OUR POCKET JUST TO HAVE IT FIX BECAUSE... THE TRUCK WAS ACTING UP & LOT OF ISSUES CAUSING DANGER. WHEN WE CALLED THEM AND ASKED IF WE CAN TRADE IT TO ANOTHER VEHICLE THEY SAID WE CAN BUT WHEN WE WENT THERE IT WAS ANOTHER STORY THAT WE CAN'T TRADE IT NO MORE 'COZ THE BANK SAYS NO. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

    Thanks for purchasing the F-150 from us, and we are truly sorry you've had to spend money repairing the pre-owned vehicle so soon, but we do not finan...ce in-house, we use bank financing to get our customers the best overall financing they qualify for, plus use lenders that report your performance so your credit improves. So, trading in a financed vehicle so soon is nearly impossible due to the finance charges added to the total purchase price, putting the vehicle in a non-equitable position for awhile.     Dion Green was excellent with helping me and my wife in getting a car. At first I wasn't looking to get a new car but just a used car to get me from point... A to point B. By talking with Dion and going through my options, he helped me in purchasing a brand new 2018 Kia optima. His customer service was well received and we didn't feel pressured or pushed into a decision that we were unsure of.

    i had been in the market for a couple of years, and had decided to look around. my salesman Sergio, was very polite and professional. after a few basic... questions, i had decided to have my credit ran to see if i qualified for a vehicle. with past experiences, i had expected to either ask for a co-signer, or have a substantial amount of money for a down payment. turns out, it was just good enough to qualify. i had originally planned on getting a kia rio, but instead ended up getting a 2015 forte. the sales manager (who i forgot his name) went above and beyond, in order to get me qualified. i made the purchase on may 22nd 2015, and am still enjoying my new car. on the plus side, they offer free oil changes for the duration of ownership. the only downside, is because the service department stays busy, it can take some time for them to get you in, but it's worth it. i definitely plan on buying another car from them when my current one hits 100,000 miles.

    I am not bashing this company I am only stating the facts. I live in Houston and called this auto company to inquire about a vehicle they had in stock.... I have never bought a car from out of town before and wanted as much information as I could. I viewed the car online and noticed it had a cold air induction kit installed. the car I was looking at was a sports car so I wanted to know if it had any modifications, which isn't a problem I just need to know. I asked the sales girl if the car had any modifications and she stated that "it doesn't have any modifications." well I can see in the picture that it does. First red flag. it was also debagged and rebadged from Chevy to Holden. I asked about that as well and the only answer I got was "it is stock". I was very disappointed that I was speaking to someone who is trying to sell me a 30,000 dollar vehicle and they have no idea what they are selling. she asked for my personal information while I was inquiring about the car, which I saw no need for. I informed her I was being financed through my credit union. then this is the weird part. she informed me that " needed to give her my social security number so she can write up a document to give to my credit union." I then said "why do you need my social" and very unprofessionally she said "how am I supposed to get this document to your insurance?" I then stated 3 times. I have already had spoken to my credit union I do NOT want you to pull my credit for any reason." I asked her again in a pretty blunt way "are you going to pull my credit if I give you this information" she said "NO." there's no miscommunication there so I obliged to give her my information despite my gut feeling. OK now back to getting more information about this vehicle and as I am on the phone with her I get 3 notifications from my credit monitoring company that have 3 hard pulls on my credit, one from us bank one from another bank and one from Kelley Grimsley...... you got to be kidding me.. before I could confront her she said "if I can get you a better interest rate would you finance through one of our banks." I then stated "you just pulled my credit" and she flat out said "no I didn't" complete lie. she pulled my credit while I was on the phone with her immediately after we were in agreement to not pull my credit, and then proceeded to lie about it. I was so disappointed. I felt betrayed and there was absolutely no way I could do business with this person, especially buying a vehicle out of town I needed to feel reassured I could trust the person I'm doing business with. I have a feeling this is not the kind of business Kelly Grimsley would want. I told the sales woman that I didn't feel comfortable making a deal on this vehicle with her and I hung up. The next day the woman called back apologizing for her actions. she was sincere and I do admire that. she said she did pull my credit and was very sorry for it. she then asked if I would still like to work with her on this vehicle. I said I appreciate your apology and ill give it another shot. I asked her again about the engine modifications and she again told me it had no modifications (I can physically see it has modifications.) and that the vehicle was hail damaged. that is something that should have been written on the website and told to me the day before while I was inquiring about the vehicle. I asked her to send me pictures of the hail damage. she said she would and that she will call me back after she sent the pictures. 10 minutes later I get a video clip of them revving the engine...... I'm speechless at this point. I felt almost insulted. haha yes I know what a v8 sounds like you don't have to send me a video clip of you revving the car as a way to entice me to buy it. it was insulting. I never got a call back or pictures of the damage. I tried to leave feelings out of this review and just state facts. and I hope this isn't the normal practice of this facility.     This is the worse place ever !!! I do not recommend anyone to come here !! We went in with a trade and a little cash and they practically just got us in... to someone else's trade in... the day we tested the car out it was great then when they called for us to go for it it was messed up. Then they said they'd give us another one , and well the other one was worse then the 1st one it had bumps and wrecks on it the transmission on the car was no good. So we asked for our car back and money back. And then also when we got the 1st one they said it was 500 down and as soon as we got in to sign papers the other man said "the bank kind of changed it up on us and now it's 600 is that gonna be a problem?" And well we gave the 600 and he said "if they ask how much down you gave say 500 and the other hundred was for some oil change" (which the car came with free oil changes) I kept thinking like that's weird but I was like okay it's just 100. But then the day we asked for our money back that same man said" we are only giving 500 that's all the manager wants to give you because that's all that was given" and we said no that it was 600 and then he came back and literally took the 100 out of his wallet and gave it to us and said sorry . Guilty mind much!!! So I never recommend anyone to go there !!!

    Here's what really happened. After investigating this complaint about a down payment requirement from the customer's approved lender stating $600 was ...required, not $500. So, when the customer refused to pay the additional $100 and couldn't remit the mandatory stipulations, we gave the customer their $500 back, took the vehicle back, and unwound the whole transaction. These accusations usually occur with customers that have terrible credit, and are dishonest when trying to buy from a reputable dealership, such as Kelly Grimsley Auto Group. To accuse on of our top performers and finance managers of being crooked and dishonest, shows the lack of integrity this complainant has.

    I purchased my 2010 Toyota 4Runner Limited with 17,000 miles from the Kelly Grimsley Auto Group (HONDA) division located at 5301 John Ben Shepperd Parkway,... in Odessa, Texas. I traded in my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited with 118,000 miles and was treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. The transaction was basically painless, as I wanted to be pre-approved before I even got my hopes up, so I used today's technology to text, forward, photograph, and talk about this purchase over my iPhone. My suggestion to the traditional buyer, try saving time and money, by getting all the time-consuming aspects of buy a vehicle out of the way, before you visit the dealership, especially if you already know what type of vehicle you want. I was at the dealership for about an hour, instead of four (4) hours negotiating, to spend the rest of the day signing contracts, that could have already been printed! So, kudos to the gang at Kelly Grimsley Auto Group, and Kelly Grimsley HONDA of Odessa, Texas!!! I highly recommend buying your next vehicle via the Internet Department!!! Sincerely, W. Steinle

    Update: I still have my 2010 Toyota 4Runner Limited which now has 155,550 miles on the odometer and I just came back from a 1700 mile road trip to Col...orado!!!!
