Purchase was easy, transparent, with no back and forth. Straight forward deal at the best price and interest rate around. Salesperson worked to get me the veteran's rebate.

Woody Folsom his son Tanner, salsman Chandler and the

Woody Folsom his son Tanner, salsman Chandler and the entire was awesome from the sale. Talk about service for service. Our truck 2024 denali duromax quit on the Florida turn pike below Yeehaw junction in the middle of no where. On star never sent any help and was useless. We paid to tow the truck to tow the truck to Dyer Chev in Vero Beach where they said they couldnt look at the truck for atleast 4 days. I called Woody Folsom and he immediately sent a roll back truck from Baxley Ga to Vero beach Fl. Fixed the fuel pump that GM knows is bad and delivered my truck to Tallahassee Fl.. the service provided By Woody Flosom made me a lifetime customer. Going from corporate dealerships where know one can help or answer a question to a Dealer that cares you had to put a driver in a room and then cared to take care of you is what we need more of.. From Woody Folsom to the entire staff my problem was handled in an amazing and honest way where the customer was put in first place. He turned a disaster into a save for GM. Rudy Rowe

Kind, courteous and professional

Let me start first by stating that I did not purchase a vehicle from Woody Folsom Chevrolet. It was early morning, and I was in the middle of placing a down payment on a vehicle that had just arrived when it was realized that the car had been sold late the night before. So, the car was sold before I could get to it, and it was the only one available (that I wanted). The actions of the two staff members that I dealt were Marc and Lexi and they could not have been more courteous and professional. They were so nice and helpful that it makes me want to specifically do business with this dealership in the future.
