Kind, courteous and professional

Let me start first by stating that I did not purchase a vehicle from Woody Folsom Chevrolet. It was early morning, and I was in the middle of placing a down payment on a vehicle that had just arrived when it was realized that the car had been sold late the night before. So, the car was sold before I could get to it, and it was the only one available (that I wanted). The actions of the two staff members that I dealt were Marc and Lexi and they could not have been more courteous and professional. They were so nice and helpful that it makes me want to specifically do business with this dealership in the future.

Bought a new truck because of the lifetime power train

Bought a new truck because of the lifetime power train warranty, but because the oil was changed at a different dealership the warranty was voided. Having to replace the transmission in my truck now.

About a year ago I bought a used 2017 silverado LT/LT 89,000 miles. Recently I had to take my truck in with transmission issues(119,000 miles).The dealership(Mr.Jeff) replaced the transmission and radiator under warranty. They also changed the spark plugs/wires, and did maintenance on the transfer case. I called them 3 days after Mr.Jeff got everything approved to see about how long this job was going to take. They told me to come on and get it, they already had it finished. Everything worked out great and the truck is running better than when I bought it. I'm very happy with the service!

Great customer service

I was extremely disappointed that the ?lifetime warranty? would not cover the transmission issues I?m having; thus, I was unable to have the work performed on my vehicle. This type situation normally would?ve led me to never do business with this dealership ever again; however, the service staff, particularly Shelia, did a phenomenal job communicating with me and arranging transport of my vehicle to/from the dealership. This type of customer service after such a negative encounter will likely bring me back as a customer?
