Only had couple of problems y'all took great care of me

Only had couple of problems y'all took great care of me and quick,, another item, jus bought new RAM and wanted y'all to swap tires and wheels from my trade in to my new truck, y'all did it bout hour or less, GREAT JOB

This experience started off well, then went downhill

This experience started off well, then went downhill quickly. Brand new Car was messed up when I bought it. It took me 3 trips back there to get the car fixed. The service employee scratched my dash, and tried to blame it on me. That scratch was never fixed, and I was promised it would be. Along with the scratch on the exterior that my salesman told me he would schedule to be repaired as well. (Never happened) Then all of that to tell me they couldn’t get my car into get fixed for 2 months. One of the managers there is a jerk. He ended up getting my car in to get fixed, but started off hot saying he was going to teach me something until he realized I was a new car buyer, not used. Most people I dealt with were kind and professional. But a few bad encounters with the manager and service crew is why I will never return. I even have a key fob to pick up, but I don’t even care anymore. I’m just happy my car works and I got out of there, I guess that can be too much to ask from this dealership.
