The service department sucks. They lie like singer

I took my 2017 Ford expedition to the service department. The mechanic didn't fix the issue. I was chàrged almost 200 dollars for the service. They are a bunch of lying thieves. Do not take your vehicle to them. I got the complete run around.

The Best

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Sunbelt ford Americus. Both experiences were excellent. No Hassle everyone was extremely friendly and courtesy If you want a salesman who is willing to go that extra mile for you then you can't do any better than Johnny Nolan. He will bend over backwards to get you in a vehicle, with limited stress on you. In my opinion you can't do any better than Sunbelt Ford Americus and Mr Johnny Nolan.

you let gabriel go and will service at other.

sunbelt ford in Americus GA . is a rip off for ford .Buyers from that bought from them will go else where for service. Prices may sound good but service is poor.

Outstanding

At 70 yrs young I have purchased many vehicles in my life, and because of the experiences I had I dreaded going in to buy another car. Boy was I mistaken. From the time my wife and I drove on to the lot at Sunbelt Ford in Americus, Ga to when we drove out with our new car we were made to feel like we were more like family then just another commission for a salesman. There was no pressure to buy our salesman Johnny was polite and listened to what we needed. Then took the time to go around the lot to show us vehicles that fit our budget not that he wanted us to buy. All the staff was courteous, friendly and really made us feel welcome. I have never left a dealership feeling like I mattered. They made this purchase a very pleasant experience. I would very highly recommend checking out Sunbelt Ford, Americus. A big Thank You to all the folks who assisted us in this purchase. I know you people went that extra mile to help us get what we wanted.

This past Saturday, i purchased my third vehicle from Sunbelt Ford, and had nothing less than an A+ experience! From the start of the sale, to service and follow up, Sunbelt Americus remains at the top of their game to make sure that the customer comes first. Thank you Sunbelt Ford of Americus for making a normally nerve racking experience a breeze! "If The Sunbelt tag is not on your car or truck, you paid to much!"

Not impressed

Salesman that met me on the lot was not professional and was very pushy! He claimed he had a customer who was looking for the exact car that I was driving and really needed me to trade in but he refused to give a ballpark trade in value. I determined he didn't need it too badly since he refuse to give any type of trade in value. He claimed my only choice in colors in the car I was looking at were Black, Red, and Charcoal. I knew there was a white one sitting on another dealers lot. He indicated that Ford no longer had blue as a color choice. I have been on Ford's website and know for a fact there is a blue color choice in the car I was looking at. I'm a woman and don't know a whole lot about cars but I am not completely stupid. The salesman also was asking me how he should act to me so that I will buy from him. Really?? If you have to ask your customer how to act to them you have already lost the deal. And Sir, to answer your question how about some straight up old fashioned truth and integrity.

High pressure poorly trained sales staff

I had received a flyer in the mail from Sunbelt indicating that i had won a free gift. I called and arranged to meet with a salesman primarily to get the free gift. When my wife nd I had arrived t the dealership he was busy with a client. We were assigned new salesman who will one day be very good at his job.To receive my free gift the salesman had to fill out a registration form that looked surprisingly like a loan application. He asked for my driver's license and without my permission did a credit check on me. The gift was a time share that I would have to pay $50 to stay at. I had bought a 2009 Ford Fusion a month earlier but his supervisor insisted that he could get me in a better newer car for the same monthly payments. He was very high pressure. The new salesman showed us 2 cars but didn't give him keys or tell him how much one of the cars cost. I am not impressed. I will not be back.
