He explained the features and showed us several versions. The price was better than other dealers. We visited 9 dealerships. Daniel prepared paperwork and also was friendly and terrific. There were NO surprises; all discussion was transparent and clear. We love our 2025 Ford Explorer ST.

Be aware!!!
🛑🛑 Buyers of these vehicles! Please be careful!!! I would not even give this place one star! However, in order to warn other potential buyers I had to. My husband and I have done business with Ennis Ford for 17 years. I work in home health. Therefore, I need reliable transportation. I purchased a new 2021 Ford Bronco Sport and was told it would be a perfect work vehicle. A few months back, it started running hot and said low coolant. The coolant level was not low at this time. Had it towed to the dealership. They had it for right at month. Finally, got a diagnosis and the technician told me it was the coolant hose and a battery. Not covered under warranty of course! That cost me close to $1,000. A few weeks later, the same thing happened. It was towed back to the dealership again. Ennis Ford has now had my vehicle for six weeks. My husband and I have been consistently checking on the status of it. Every week there something else is wrong (another excuse). It will be ready the following week. Go up there to get pick it up on the days they say it will be ready. Nope, not ready will be the next week. I did speak with Brian O’Neil the GM of the service dept. I was told that it needed a new engine at one point and that Ford was going to cover it. After questioning him about a rental car, when my vehicle was going to be ready and telling him that this whole situation has been a nightmare, etc. I was basically told if I kept on about it. Ford would investigate what happened to my vehicle and I would be responsible for replacing the engine at $10,000 out of my pocket. Got off the phone with him and thought to myself. How could this be? Ford is the one who supposedly fixed it the first time and put a new hose in and battery on it. No way, that could be my fault! My husband went up there on Wednesday. The service manager and lead tech have now decided it’s the heads. They have all the parts in but, now my vehicle won’t be ready until the end of next week. I highly doubt this will happen. We will go and try and pick it up. It either won’t be ready or there will be another problem! I am now driving a jacked up F-250 diesel for my job. That was supposed to be a back up vehicle for our family. This situation has cost me to loose money and not be able to get all the work I need to done. I would never suggest anyone do business with this company. If you choose to, I hope you have deep pockets!!

Best car buying road trip ever!
From the very start of buying a vehicle with Ennis Ford their salesman (Greg Wilburn) was very helpful, honest and responsive! I was looking to buy a car from 2,200 miles away and Greg and his support team made the entire process easy! Greg sent me thorough videos and answered all my questions! They gave me a fair trade for my truck and got me on the road back to Seattle as quickly as they could. Thank you for making my trip and car buying experience absolutely fantastic! You are the best!

No honor
I ordered a 21 Ford ranger. The truck came in. It was wrong had a rebate on it. Waited months for it to get here. I told him go ahead and re-order me another one and they said oh you won’t get the rebate. This was on them. So I had to go to Waxahachie Ford and order one just like I wanted. Avoid this dealership.

BUYER BEWARD. I got on the Ford reservation list for the 2022 Ford F150 Lighting. Ford assigned this dealership to me based on my zip code. Ennis Ford did nothing to get this truck for me. The truck came in and Ennis Ford charged me above the MSRP. " Ford said in a letter to dealers. That letter also warned that any dealers caught increasing prices might not get all the Lightnings they and their customers had ordered." I hope Ford keeps their word. There are a lot of good Ford dealerships in the Ennis area, but Ennis Ford is not one of them. I would try and avoid this dealership unless just like paying more for a vehicle than you have to. Good luck in your car purchase.

We went to Ennis Ford to get my wife a new car. She ended up buying a New Escape which she loves. Greg was our salesman and he went above and beyond the norm for us. We came in after 5 and even thought it was closing time they stayed u til the end so that we could drive home our new car. Thanks Ennis Ford for all they you do. Go see Greg if your looking g for a new or used car but any of those guys can and will go above and beyond for you!!!!!!!
