i was charged an outrageous amount of money for just
i was charged an outrageous amount of money for just having my truck looked at and i told them what needed to be fixed but ignored and charged for what i told them what was wrong and nothing got fixed usually the excessive amounts usually go towards the repair costs I will be reporting this to the Better business bureau i was hoping to have my truck fixed but i am retired and can’t afford what they came up with was over $2000 dollar to replace oil pressure sender

I have interacted with Alejandro 4 different times over
I have interacted with Alejandro 4 different times over the time span of a year and every time it has been awful. In my most recent interaction he felt it was appropriate to not only raise his voice at me, he continued to laugh at me in my situation then argued with me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Since Alejandro asked me what problems I have had with him before finally transferring me to his supervisor, here you go: 1st time he lied about them replacing my brakes. 2nd time I got them to actually replace the brakes but before Alejandro felt the need to accuse me of being the problem, by driving with 2 feet. - when I have a record from the sales associate, Larissa, in text that in fact the van was sold that way and there would be no problem getting it fixed. 3rd time I went in for maintenance and saw Alejandro, he did not greet me, instead sent someone else out. Then that person, Manny, came out to let me know I would be wasting my and their time if they were to inspect it for the maintenance check up. 4th time was today. It has only been 3/4 weeks since the 3rd interaction mentioned and I now have 3 dash lights on and Alejandro was nothing short of ignorant. He felt it was appropriate to not only raise his voice at me, he continued to laugh at me in my situation then argued with me when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Mike was pleasant and competent. Thanks Mike. If I could just rate his interaction today it would have been 5 stars. Alejandro is a problem.

The service department is a joke.
The service department is a joke. First of all, I'm not a "Ken," I've never taken the time to type a review like this, but I feel people need to be aware. I even initially typed a tactful email to Click after my miserable service experience, I of course never heard back from them. I scheduled an appointment, the earliest I could get in was two weeks later, which I found odd, but I know staffing is an issue in today's world. I scheduled an oil change, a tire rotation, and the Click website had a coupon for a free air conditioning inspection. When I arrived to the express lane, the gentleman acted is if he hadn't even read the details of my appointment, which I had scheduled two weeks in advance. He was sitting in my running car, and when I mentioned the free air conditioning inspection he literally put his hand up the vent and said, "your A.C. is fine." I'm not exaggerating, it's almost comical. He then said, "A.C. inspection is for the mechanics side and not the express lane." Why have a coupon available and the ability to schedule when I have to use a different avenue or procedure to have a particular service done? It makes no sense whatsoever. Once my vehicle was done and I was paying my bill I noticed the price seemed to reflect just an oil change was done. At that point, I seriously just wanted to get out of there. Sure enough, when I got home I noticed the technician wrote a single line stating the tire rotation couldn't be done because of "swollen lug nuts" (which wasn't the case when I took the vehicle to a tire center a few days later.) What blew me away was that the service person didn't even tell me they didn't do the tire rotation. I sent him an email asking why he didn't tell me the tire rotation wasn't done--amazingly, he responded pretty quickly and said, "the technicians didn't tell me you needled one, that costs extra." This, after I had scheduled it two weeks earlier and verbally told him I wanted a rotation when I checked the vehicle in--you can't make this stuff up. There are a few other things that transpired that day with this completely inept and unorganized service center, but I'm tired of typing--stay away, I'm telling you in all seriousness, do not let them touch your vehicle.

The service after busting your vehicle is terrible. 2-3 weeks just to get an appointment and you have to wait 5-6 hours just to get simple things done. I would never buy from this dealer again. Sales promise a lot, service is terrible.

Terrible service department.
Terrible service department. They want you to do the maintenance for life there but can’t accommodate anyone. I have problems with my 2023 1500 and they need it for a couple days but won’t give out a loaner. Spent almost 80k on a truck and bought extended warranty but they can’t work on it. I am now looking at it getting fixed out of pocket for a radio problem. The place is a joke and people need to know that the 5 star ratings are paid for.
