Took in my 2017 Journey for an express oil change. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Oil change was completed to my satisfaction. The refreshments... were cookies, snacks, water and hot coffee. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with all kinds of reading material. The checkout/payment process was simple. I was walked to my vehicle and had a pleasant departure. Thank you Jim Click Dodge service team for an easy car maintenance experience.

Due to my experience with Mr Bruce Chamblain, salesman, I am broadcasting all over Tucson his superb knowledge of vehicles. Although I was stressed... about making payments, he strategically showed me a payment plan that definitely set me st ease! Now, I'm a PROUD owner of a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid!! If all salesmen were like him, the fear of going to a dealership would be a thing of the past! Thank God for Jim Click and Mr Bruce Chamblain!

Thought the salesman I dealt with was very nice and tried to be accommodating his lack of experience showed and his unwillingness to not move a step without... prior approval for anything was unsettling. They tried to make me pay the difference for my trade in to the bank after we previously discussed them picking up any superfluous charges. Only after I wrote corporate did they agree to pick up the charges. Lets just say I will never use or recommend them again something about their service is shady and their managers don't know what they are doing. I think there is a real lack of training especially in finances and customer service.
