Took my vehicle in for service because I was experiencing

Took my vehicle in for service because I was experiencing some issues. They claimed to have fixed the problem for $1000. Didn't even drive off the lot good before issues persisted. Took it back and they quoted me another outrageous price. At this point I don't trust anything they say because I have already given $1000 with no resolution. I took my vehicle to another dealership for repair.

GMC 3500 recall

I scheduled an appointment to have recalls and my chip installed that was owed to me from GM. Upon arrival I was told that the mechanic was really backed up and that I should leave my truck there. I informed them I lived over 100 miles away and wasnt able to do that. They later said no problem. we would get you in and out within an hour. Then they told me the part wasnt in stock, after waiting almost an hour. I don?t believe they told me the truth about this, because they knew I was going to be upset after traveling a long way to have this maintenance issue corrected.

Excellent dealership

We bought a 2015 GMC Sierra at Fowler Buick. They were awesome. We had a small issue with the vehicle after the sale we called our sales man Jonny white. He was so nice. The vehicle was sold as is but they didn't hesitate to fix it. This dealership was great in every way. I will definitely buy from them again. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Over charged for service I didn’t need $1,321.74

I was very displeased with the service charged for parts that I did not need. I got a text message from Natasha to see how my visit was. I left her a message and didn’t get a response from her to make a complaint. I’m positive that I didn’t need a Condenser which was the initial diagnosis until an hour late I got a phone call and was told The hose was leaking which result in additional charges
