Came in for an oil change and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very nice staff and clean facility. Bought a vehicle 6 months before I came back for service, sales department is great as well!

I just bought a 2025 Chevrolet TrailBlazer RS in Nitro
I just bought a 2025 Chevrolet TrailBlazer RS in Nitro Yellow and I couldn't be happier with it. I got really lucky when I took a call from Daniel Hatchcock at Sewell Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Andrews, TX. I told him what I was looking for and he said he'd be happy to help. Without him, I wouldn't have my new Trailblazer. I'm so grateful to have found a salesman I could trust in Daniel. He's got such a positive attitude and he can make you laugh. He checked in daily and assured me that there would be no pressure, no hidden costs and no dealer fees. And he stood by that. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car I wanted and the service I deserved. You really need more salesman like him. I'd also like to thank everyone in the Sewell family for making this possible. It took a little help from so many people just to put this deal together and I really appreciate it. Pulled into the car lot to look at a used Suburban, left with a new Equinox, Dakota is one of the best salesmen we've ever had, highly recommend, Hector was in charge in the financial department, also highly recommend. Got a good deal on a new car! Traded in our 21 Silverado, they gave us fair money for it.

If I could provide 0 stars for the service department I would! Took truck there due to vandalism in the fuel tank. The whole fuel system was changed due to the issue. Once they replaced it all they called me stating truck would not start and motor was locked. Kid you not it's a 2024. They said they would pull oil pan and see what the issue might be. Pedro from Service called asking about how often oil changes were done. It had 4 or 5 oil changes done since we got the truck. They insisted it was due to poor maintenance. We were well aware of that not being possible. They kept insisting with the same issue basically calling us liars. Picked up my truck to get a second diagnoses at MONAHANS GMC which They went above and beyond to help me address this issue since truck is new and still under warranty. But Pedro from Andrews made sure and told me he would make sure that my warranty would be voided due to lack of maintenance. Told Pedro when we picked up truck we wanted to speak to his manager because service ticket he gave us at 1st was not correct and said it was his mistake that he would give me corrected one when we picked up truck. Never received a call from service manager. The other dealership suggested I call the general manager so we could all work together through this and all he said was " what do you want". And ended up saying I cant help you due to records of the oil they received. Not even after telling him whoever replaced my fuel system dropped an end cap in the driver side intake. My truck had been there since November 2023. GM finally declared engine did NOT fail due to lack of maintenance. The Monahans GMC very recommended found out it was still due to the vandalism and helped me fix my truck since Andrew's misdiagnosed it and would not help me out in any way. So thanks to Andrews GMC my truck was in the shop for 8 months. Just because they are not willing to help out their customers. Tim and Carlos from Monahans GMC are very well recommended if you ever need service on your vehicles.

In May 2020 my boyfriend and I both went to Sewell
In May 2020 my boyfriend and I both went to Sewell Andrews to trade in our vehicles for NEW Silverados. When we were signing they let us know that the finance manager was not there and we would have to have our contracts mailed to us. We never received those contracts even when asked for them. Fast forward to November 2020 my boyfriends truck was totaled. The GAP process was extremely difficult considering we had no paperwork. After calling over and over we were able to get the GAP contract and the long contract but that was all. Now in July of 2022 I am trying to trade my truck in that I bought BRAND NEW. The dealership that I have been working with said that they could not give me full value because the truck had been previously WRECKED! Excuse me? I bought a brand new vehicle and I have not wrecked it myself. They showed me the Carfax where it says Sewell Andrews took possession of my vehicle November 2019 the wreck was in December 2019. I purchased the truck 6 months later under the impression I was buying a NEW unblemished vehicle. I was never made aware of this wreck and if I was aware there is no way I would buy it as a NEW vehicle. I have contacted the dealership and they are offering $500-$1000. However, I purchased this at a new vehicle price and have paying interest on amounts that shouldn't have been on a wrecked vehicle. Between my boyfriend and myself we have bought multiple vehicles through Sewell and after this experience I don't think we will be returning customers as that is just shady business.

No good service
Every time I try to call never get an answer they’re always await from there desk. I tried 3 times this week. And when I go there , they’re always sitting talking to each other no mask no social distancing and always laughing I’m taking my business elsewhere. How many people have tried to call
