Customer service absolutely the worst. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! I promise you’ll regret it! They just want to sell you a vehicle then they don’t want to del with you. They ru my new truck through a car wash and scratched the xxxx out of the paint and plastic.

Took my 2021 F250 to get it checked out. I was told they were way too busy and for me to come back on a specific date and time. Well I showed up on time but was turned away and given another date and time. Now on my third attempt to get my truck looked at. Like before I showed on on time but was told they were too busy and acting like I was foolish thinking I should expect them to look at my truck the same day I brought it up there. I never made any assertion that I expected same day service. They turned me away 3 times. Lol read their response. I took time away from my work and family 3 times. Two of them were scheduled by them. They waisted my. Now they say to contact them again. You have got to be kidding me. No honor or integrity. People please read the reviews.

The quality of Ford vehicles is abysmal. My car was not fixed correctly, either. At 65000 my engine needed to be replaced, tech said it was a defect but it was out of warranty so Ford was not responsible and when I got my car back six weeks later, the engine light came on immediately. They said I needed a turbo, also not covered. When they drove me to pick up a rental, the driver made racist comments. I contacted Ford corporate and, to my knowledge, they did nothing about it. Don't buy a Ford.

Fantastic. Don’t believe haters
Great service people, great technicians. Was traveling to Texas with a camper in tow, when my F150 lower heater hose broke. Service got me right in, pressure tested, had the parts in stock, and installed in two hours. Did I mention that it was lunch time when I pulled in? Cannot say enough about the service department. Thanks!

Services Department
The service department is Terrible. I have taken three dually trucks at separate times to be looked at for check engine lights coming on. Never fix and overcharge for not fixing the issue. Have paid over twenty thousand dollars in the last six months between the three.

Terrible sales manager
Came in with trade and the service manager said the 4x4 did not work on Hummer H2 (it’s all time 4x4) and told him that offered 17,000 for it and I asked him how much you sell it for he said 21,500 I told him let’s do the deal but I want in writing you would only sale for 21,500 and he would not do it. I had cash and he would not do it. That tells you he’s a crook.

Dishonest and liars
My car was running hot they said I needed a radiator which would cost 1,000 dollars to fix I replaced the parts and it's still run hot on top of that I paid them a 120.00 dollars for a pressure check for the wrong information

Dishonest and unprofessional service dept
I moved to Meridian in July 2016 and on the way my AC gave out. Took my Mustang to New South Ford and they replaced the compressor and also replaced the driver’s side air bag in accordance with a recall. When I got my car back, the metal running horse in the middle of the wheel was completely scratched up, probably from a tech putting it down and not protecting it. Complained to the service writer and eventually spoke to the service manager, who told me a new part was still being engineered as part of the recall (then how was my car serviced with new parts for the recall) and eventually questioned whether the scratching had happened in his shop. He told me as soon as the part was available, they’d call me to replace it. I went to another Ford dealership and said they could get the steering wheel cover in a week and had no idea what the service manager was talking about. Still never got a call about replacing the cover they scratched up. To add onto that, I had to have the AC charged less than a year later by another shop. Finally, I had a slightly weird feel in the clutch for a couple days but it subsided. Questioning New South Ford’s service department’s honesty and professionalism, I took it to them just to see what they’d say. Of course they told me I needed to replace the entire clutch and pressure plate assembly for $1200. Took it to another shop who said nothing was wrong. This service department is clearly full of liars and dishonest people, not unlike many dealership service departments. Do not trust them and avoid going to them at all costs.

Worst experience in buying a vehicle
I had chosen a vehicle. Called back the same day and was told to bring it in. Carried it back before it was over 3 times. Was in a rental car all but 3 or 4 days of the first month. Was told from the beginning they were going to fix it or trade me out. I found and tried out a vehicle 1 year older and with 20,000 miles more and listed for right at $10,000 less than the one I had got. They did not let me know I had to keep calling and was finally told they couldn't trade because they would loose too much money. True they had put money in the one I have but if it had been fixed the first time I took it (the very next day from getting it) they would not have had to put all that money out. I was very patient through the whole ordeal. But I will not do business with them again.
