I had chosen a vehicle. Called back the same day and was told to bring it in. Carried it back before it was over 3 times. Was in a rental car all but... 3 or 4 days of the first month. Was told from the beginning they were going to fix it or trade me out. I found and tried out a vehicle 1 year older and with 20,000 miles more and listed for right at $10,000 less than the one I had got. They did not let me know I had to keep calling and was finally told they couldn't trade because they would loose too much money. True they had put money in the one I have but if it had been fixed the first time I took it (the very next day from getting it) they would not have had to put all that money out. I was very patient through the whole ordeal. But I will not do business with them again.
I went in for service for my Ford Taurus and was interested also in buying a car for my daughter. Chris Williams was great at giving me information on... potential cars! I will definitely be back for the purchase of a car at New South Ford.
My mistake was not to read previous comments. Dont waste yoir time there. They dont care anything, only sell a car and forgive to tell you important information.
The worst dealer ever. They have a lot internal policy that they didnt let you know and they only care to sell a car and nothing else. Be carful ask how... many days they delay in doing the papers like to send title to Jackson because you can have a surprise. To pay by cash is the worst because they delay everything for that reason. This is my 4 car buying for a dealer and very far away is the worst.
First let me stay away. Took vehicle in after head on collision and was very disappointed. The car was fixed to look right when all mechanical, due to... wreck, was left untouched. Took to other shops because some of the work they did do didn't look right and just as I thought even the things they did were wrong. The paint didn't match and had to have resprayed and the whole front end of the car had shifted and been pushed back. The fenders were rolled over the door opening because of this happening. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them for anything as small as inflating a tire. Body shop employees are either told not to care or are terrible at their job. Either way I would rather fix my own truck with a hammer and a pint brush before I'd ever take back to them.
I leased a new sentra SR from them I had negative equity and bad credit they still helped me but a new car today in my budget & treated me like I was important... instead of like I'm special finance so happy thanks to all the staff again.
I came to New South Ford Nissan in Meridian all the way from TN to purchase my car!! I called them told them what I wanted, however someone had already... purchased this car so they offered to try to find me another one, which I had never heard of on a Used car. I wanted a very specific/custom car, 2003-2005 Nissan 350Z Roadster (convertible) manual transmission and HAD to have Pearl White Exterior! I dealt with Grace, she found the car herself they went & bought it, had it delivered to the store for me where it was all clean & even FILLED IT UP WITH GAS for me since I had traveled to do business! They have took care of me on anything & everything I needed with it. They have called me to follow up also. I will never do business anywhere else!!
A waste of time trying to deal with them. They treat you like your stupid.
On this website, the New South Ford website, and on the actual car itself states that the car has a sunroof, leather seats, heated leather seats, satellite... radio, etc. However, the car has none of these features. It has cloth seats, NO sunroof, NO satellite radio, just plain nothing!!! Plus, if you go through the internet, you will not get an answer from the online sales rep even after you call and email him. I'll be nice and not say his name (does start with a C). (Did I say I wanted to make a cash offer). Overall, the car, in its basic glory, is a good car, but how you are made to feel as a valued customer has room to be desired. In the end, I did not buy the car, and I wish I could say that I would go back, but I just can't right now......
