From the very beginning of our communication with Sisbarro it was professional and very accommodating. Joe, the service manager,could not do enough to help us in our plight as we were traveling on a Christmas road trip - first being flat batteries, and then when back on the road we had a fuel leak . We rang Joe and he said get here when you can and well take care of you . So we turned around at Fort Stockton , where we could not get any help, and headed back to Deming . He and the service mechanic went out of their way to get us going down the road again. The professionalism, top service and honest sincerity to the client was so refreshing in todays cold business climate. Thanks guys .

Was treated unprand staff were rushed and all had different requirements . No compassion for the customer and pushy to get more downpayment money from customers. No one able to test drive any car.

The first time I went to this dealership was last year. They replaced my front axle. The axle snapped in two months of highway driving. This time it was my transmission. They never called me back to tell me of complications in the order which delayed the shipment by two days. I'm staying in a hotel for a week now, three days longer than I was quoted for the entire job, but they haven't even started on it yet. After each phone call Ricardo Jaquez said he would call back with updates, but of course never did. After the eighth call in a week, Ricardo actually yelled at me over the phone for calling him to see what is taking them so long. Never go here if you have a choice.

Had my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for service due to a noisy trans. Service Manager Joe Martinez was a big help in getting the trouble diagnosed to a broken transmission mount, getting part ordered, and getting repairs completed in a timely fashion. Thanks

They make the time you have to wait feel like nothing and are always there to answer questions and offer any kind of assistance or information you may need.
