Recently purchased a 2025 bronco sport outerbanks my salesperson was Dani she was great made sure the car was for me took test drive and even offered to let me try it out over the weekend to me follow up is very important and she did that through the whole process

The service department cannot competently diagnose and repair my 2019 F-150. The truck had issues starting. I was told it was the battery. I replaced the battery. The issue persisted. I was told it was the starter, and Arrow Ford replaced the starter. This did not fix the issue. I was then told it was the fuel pump, and Arrow Ford replaced the fuel pump. The truck still has issues starting. This dealership cannot fix the problem. I will not be back.

Worst experience I have had in my years of owing and driving a car. Service was horrible overpriced and ugly. Be very careful they are horrible in ever aspect. Nasty service manager without any customer service

SCAM Arrow for Life is a lie (read the fine print can and will for any reason cancel it), their service tech caught my motor on fire, then they caused body damage and busted the front camera had vehicle from 12/15/23-6/18/24 still not right and they refuse to work on it and cancelled my Arrow for Life!

It?s has taken me a while to leave this review because my frustration with this company. My car broke down 7/6/2023. It was brought to a company back to my home town. My mechanic has been doing everything he could take care of my car but becoming frustrated at the same time. He called Ford in Abilene Texas to come get the car. It was declined as there was no recall on the car. After a month of continuous work trying to get my car to run I get a letter in the mail about recalls on my car. I took it straight to my mechanic and the first words out of his mouth was this is xxxxxxxx. I agree, because of Ford in Abilene I have now been car-less for a month in a half. They should of taken my car the first time my mechanic called them. Ford has has had to get my car from my mechanic to program it and return it back to him to finish. This is just the most ridiculous thing happening. It took for me to contact Ford headquarters to get Ford in Abilene to even respond to me. I know they are an independent company but they hold the Ford and should represent better. I truly mean when I say I am done with Ford I am beyond done. Never would I refer someone to them just simply because of all the chaos I?ve had to deal with. It?s now August 15th and my small town mechanic is still working on my car. Don?t even know how much I?m in the hole with him at this point. But a big thank you to Ford for literally putting me in the biggest bind of my life because your lack of taking care of customers suck. You have made it so difficult for me to find ways to get my girls to where they need to be, school, and food on the table.

Ordered a Ford Bronco from Arrow Ford in Abilene. Tony Kerbow walked me through the whole process and kept me updated of all the progress during the build and shipping. Come delivery day, everything went smooth . Damien Sanchez was the finance person and did a great job explaining all of the products available and how they would enhance my ownership experience. I recommend using Tony, Damien and the Arrow Ford dealership. Glad to be in the Arrow for Life club.
