2020 Forf Explorer
Test drove the vehicle a week prior to buying. Speakers/Sound system were not working. On day of purchase, the issue was not fixed. Otherwise I am happy with the vehicle. I was happy with my sales associate, Greg Knuckles
I have purchased a truck and was told that I would receive double points towards service due to the price of my vehicle purchase. It took me leaving the first bad review to be rewarded the first set of points and I never have received the rest. Also, while I was waiting on the points to be loaded I had to pay out of pocket for service which should have accumulated points but they haven't either. Only the services after my initial point balance deposit have gone towards my account. Arrow Ford called me and seamed to care about my issue and told me that they were on it and the issue would be resolved but to this day it is not and it has been over seven months!

Very disappointed Took truck in because A/C went out and touch screen radio didn?t work. After a month A/C went out again I called been e week no call back. Still waiting on touch screen parts. Very disappointed
