Always great service with friendly staff. My family enjoy waiting in the lounge drinking coffee and watching tv while our cars are serviced. If we get... hungry or have an appointment before our cars are serviced, we are offered free transportation to our destination and back to the dealership. That's so cool!

i have purchased several trucks for Cooper because they have the best salespeople and managers. However, when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced I... was shocked. They jumped right on it and I was in and out in less than expected time. Great changes have occurred. If this keeps up y'alls business will soar.
For my business I keep around 10 vehicles. I bought 3 from this place in a 12 month period. I was pleased with the salesman and I like GMC. They have... the worst service department I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with plenty. They will tell you whatever you want to hear on the phone just to get you off the phone. I love over an hour away and I have had to make unnecessary trips due to bad info. The one episode I would like to relay is when my wife's torque converter had to be replaced. Had it diagnosed in November and they did get the part in until February. And the only reason it came in then was because we started calling them daily because her warranty was about to be up.

I had a car accident in Monroe on March 30, 2016 and I am still waiting for my car to be repaired. I have been in a rental for 8 weeks, paying out of pocket... the last 4 weeks. DO NOT go here for repairs!!
I've bought several Yukon's from Cooper Buick GMC over the past 10 years. Always the best deal and service from sale to maintenance. I may shop around... if time either in person or on the internet. This dealer is one of the best in the business with a great selection of autos from SUV, Trucks and Cars.
My husband and I went to the Pre-Owned Cooper Buick Dealership very eager to make a purchase. We walked around the lot interested in two cars. A salesman... wearing a cowboy outfit walked up to us and did not say one word to us. I looked at him for a moment because I couldnt figure out if he was a saleman becaused he never introduced himself. He followed us for a few minutes than he just walked away never even asking us did we want to see the inside of the cars.Me and my husband just left, I refuse to give my money to someone who oviously didnt want it from my kind.
