Terrain not fixed

Took my terrain to them for running issues twice both time was not treated really great and car still not fixed I will not go back

Warranty Work

This was a horrible experience. I had a warranty issue with my new Denali pickup truck and they basically said there is nothing they can do, was there several days and put it back together and I had to just pick it up. Then it functioned a little before I took it, now it does not function at all. Horrible service.

Service

Took my 2011 Lucerne hot air not working. Was told I needed 3 actuators replaced. Quote was $1400. I bit the bullet and agreed. Rented a vehicle and checked every 2 days. Told they not finished. Went back one week later to find out they had not even moved my vehicle. Returned my rental and asked for my car. On vehicle service I suggest you follow your ABC’s. Anyone But Cooper.

Mister

I drove my car in for regular maintenance. I had made an appointment the week before and Kristi had my paperwork ready when I pulled in. I also had recall and they took care of everything in less time than stated. Great job!

Three new rims

Supposed to have replaced three new rims on vehicle. Three hours later I received vehicle back and only two rims were replaced. Very slow service and job not completed. I drove 75 miles one way for this.

parts department

called the parts department for a dash filler that they showed they had in stock. Talk about RUDE!! Said they didn't have it. When I asked about the inventory, all I got was RUDE!! Like he didn't want to be bothered. The entire phone call was just like that. Not friendly at all from the second he answered the phone.

Parts department

I called the parts department to see if they had the part I needed. They showed that they had one in stock online. The man that answered said right away that he didn't have it. I asked where it went, he said, in an extremely rude tone, "don't know". I said "ok, thanks anyway". I didn't even get a chance to say "bye" before I heard "click". He was rude from the as soon as he picked up the phone. Kind of like he didn't want to be bothered with customers.

Worst service department EVER!!!

Worst service department ever. Service manager never called back. Promised to call every day, lied. Truck has had same problem 3 times in a row. 35000 miles and the problem still is not fixed. After keeping the vehicle 2 weeks, they called and said they pulled the positive cable off the battery and it is working for now, so come and pick it up. Love GM products, but, will never go back here. Service department is the worst ever.

Great Service

Always great service with friendly staff. My family enjoy waiting in the lounge drinking coffee and watching tv while our cars are serviced. If we get hungry or have an appointment before our cars are serviced, we are offered free transportation to our destination and back to the dealership. That's so cool!

i have purchased several trucks for Cooper because they have the best salespeople and managers. However, when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced I was shocked. They jumped right on it and I was in and out in less than expected time. Great changes have occurred. If this keeps up y'alls business will soar.
