I haven’t bought a vehicle in over 13 years and i was

I haven’t bought a vehicle in over 13 years and i was very nervous about the whole situation. Kevin Robinson listened to my priorities in a vehicle search and was very kind, patient and professional with me. He never rushed or pressured me and he answered every question I had and you could tell he knew about the vehicle and he went through all the bells and whistles of the infotainment system and vehicle i decided on. Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend him.

Tony Dana is the man to talk to about a new car or truck.

Tony Dana is the man to talk to about a new car or truck. Tony was the first salesman I talked to about a new truck. I shopped around and dealt with salesmen inside a 100 mile radius from home and ended up right back at his desk. Other dealers had trucks I liked but I got the best deal at Jim Taylor Buick GMC with Tony.

Warranty Work

This was a horrible experience. I had a warranty issue with my new Denali pickup truck and they basically said there is nothing they can do, was there several days and put it back together and I had to just pick it up. Then it functioned a little before I took it, now it does not function at all. Horrible service.

Service

Took my 2011 Lucerne hot air not working. Was told I needed 3 actuators replaced. Quote was $1400. I bit the bullet and agreed. Rented a vehicle and checked every 2 days. Told they not finished. Went back one week later to find out they had not even moved my vehicle. Returned my rental and asked for my car. On vehicle service I suggest you follow your ABC’s. Anyone But Cooper.

I drove my car in for regular maintenance. I had made an appointment the week before and Kristi had my paperwork ready when I pulled in. I also had recall and they took care of everything in less time than stated. Great job!

Three new rims

Supposed to have replaced three new rims on vehicle. Three hours later I received vehicle back and only two rims were replaced. Very slow service and job not completed. I drove 75 miles one way for this.
