I was looking to purchase a new 2025 truck (at 62 years

I was looking to purchase a new 2025 truck (at 62 years old, this may very will be my last truck), after researching all other truck manufacturers, I decided upon a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 X-31! I contacted the dealer online and soon started texting back and forth with John Davis (JD). When my wife and I arrived Saturday morning, JD had my truck parked up front and after a test drive, we decided to purchase! Everything went very smoothly, from beginning to end. If I owned a dealership I'd want it run as efficiently as this one is and I'd staff it with sales professionals just like JD! Bill Bjornstrom-Salem, AL.

The service department manager JP was very rude when I

The service department manager JP was very rude when I came into get my car serviced. Needless to say, I will not be going back there to get my car serviced or purchase another vehicle from the Glenn Smith dealership.

Jane in service is very helpful but the rest of the staff

Jane in service is very helpful but the rest of the staff from sales to service Pitiful Having lots of issues with CarPlay in a 2025, buy a new car and get told It’s a Chevy problem get used to it. I don’t think so.!! Very dissatisfied

Do not trust this dealership.

Do not trust this dealership. Spoke to Rico multiple times about purchasing a used vehicle they had on lot. Negotiated a price after discussing my trade and sending multiple pictures. Told him driving to dealership from Florida. Calls us half way says they have another customer interested. We continued to dealership. We get there, test drive their truck, sign all buy paperwork, and we transfer all our belongings to our purchased truck. Finance guy asks us to come back to his office. Finance guy says «your trade needs tires« i said no it doesn't has plenty of tread left. He says we can't do deal unless we give them another 1k to buy tires. I said fine heres your 1k.. a few days later they have my truck on their website for sale. NO NEW TIRE INSTALLED. HUH weird. Sold as is with same tires when we traded. Never trust this dealer. They are liars and Rico is a joke. He is pathetic as is their sales manager.

Be careful!

Be careful! They use the word 'discount', but it isn't really. The prices advertised here are NOT what they will present to you when you finally show interest. How this isn't fraud I'll never know. Try your luck somewhere else.

They were outstanding. I looked for months for a new vehicle to get the best price possible. It kept coming back to Glynn Smith. Their prices are hard to beat. Ask for Mike D, he’s your man. Very professional.
