This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. I purchased a new RAM 1500 truck in April and it was in for warranty repair for 25 days. The Service Technician advised me that I would be reimbursed for a rental car, however they did not honor that commitment. Instead, they offered me 1/3 of my expenses. They have ignored my requests for payment and shown no accountability for selling me a truck that was defective after just 4-months of ownership. Poor Customer Service, No Accountability, Terrible business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM PERRY CHRYSTLER DODGE JEEP RAM. You will regret it like I do.

This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. I purchased a new RAM 1500 truck in April and it was in for warranty repair for 25 days. Horrible experience was there 10 minutes before my 10:30

Horrible experience was there 10 minutes before my 10:30 appointment for an oil change. I waited on the lobby because I was told I few hours. I did not get out until 5:30pm when they closed. They never called me or checked in on me on the waiting area. Not the first time they don’t contact me for an update on my car. I purchased my car here and got a service plan now that it has expired not going to take it back for service. Need to get pointers from Penske Ford in La Mesa. Great customer service with them.
