Terrible Customer Service from Service Dept

Michael Nevins terrible customer service!! We dropped my son’s truck off for a scheduled appointment on Monday 05/22. We were promised an update by the service advisor on Wednesday. He never called . My husband called and left a message with no return call. So on Saturday May 27 (on the 6th day) my husband stopped by the dealer and he was advised the truck HAD NOT been looked at yet and to expect a call on Wed/Th of the following week for an update . On Wed/Th my husband called the advisor and left messages . No return phone calls . On Friday June 02 ( 11TH day) finally decided to call the dealer and speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Michael Nevins who advised me the truck had still not been looked at but he would get some guys on it and call my husband. He did call my husband later that day on Friday and advised him he needed more time and that he would call my husband on Monday June 05. Michael NEVER called on June 05. On June 6 I called and left a message for Michael and he did not return my call . I decided to call the General manager Ron and he was very pleasant . I advised him what was going on and he asked me to give him a few minutes . A few minutes went by I received a call from Michael Nevins who was upset that I had called the GM. Michael advised me, “ he had his guys busting their xxxxx off on my truck so why am I rattling cages?!” He wasn’t apologetic for having my truck for 16 days and not looking at it until the 11TH day only because I had called and complained … he didn’t offer any resolution… the only resolution he offered was.. “if I wanna cut the bait, go ahead and cut it!” So I told him, “ to cut the bait and that we would be picking up our truck the same day!” MICHAEL NEVINS you are extremely unprofessional and rude !!! We were more than patient with your service department ! You need management classes on how to speak with customers!!!!

Shockingly unprofessional

I wrote a good review on 12/30/20 after having walked by the dealership to browse and a brief interaction with Nacho. But today I returned to this dealership for a second time ready to buy and it was a total nightmare. Nacho treated my family and I very disrespectfully for absolutely no reason when we were simply really excited about buying a car. I regret having wrote a good review too early on about this dealership since I now see how unprofessional and shady they are. I would absolutely never recommend this dealership especially if you care about making a big purchase in a safe and professional place.

To the point, bottom line, accommodating

I worked with Hiram. We showed up after weeks of online research (years, really) and lots of talks and texts and emailing back and forth with about 7 dealerships up and down CA, UT, TX, MD, and FL. I knew what I could get price-wise, so I went into a local dealer to make final decisions on exterior and interior color combos. After prioritizing my color combos for these other dealerships to know which one to double down on, I spoke very briefly with Hiram. Told him what I was trying to achieve. He asked what price we needed to hit and in 5 minutes without any back and forth, he texted me he could get the deal done. So we did financing over phone and text and I went in that evening and drove away with my new pimped out minivan. I liked that it was straightforward and I didn’t have to play any games. 5 stars for Hiram and his boss. And 5 stars for Rene, the finance guy I signed papers with, who found a missed $500 additional off opportunity, and decreased our price further. Awesome experience.

Unprofessional

This dealership is very unprofessional with myself and my fiancé had an oral contract setup with a particular car which we had insurance and pending loan for it. Once we got there, we weren't even handled by the personnel we had communications with, not even 5 minutes we were there they told us the car was sold. I would not do business with such dealership and if they don't know that oral contracts can be ground of small claims court. But then again that's just me.

Quality service

people were friendly and helpful. when i got a hold of htem, they did a good job of explaining what was going on with the car and what needed to be done to fix it. these positive experiences outweighed my observation on matters to improve and overall i had a good experience and would bring my car back here and recommend to friends

Ram 3500 recall

I came to Perry on National City Jeep Ram dealer after a bad experience with another local dealership over a recall on my truck and I’m very happy with how they handled the problem thank you Modesto and Mike you guys are the best you guys went the extra mile for me when others said NO you guys got to the bottom of the problem and fix it.
