I've had the truck a week.

I've had the truck a week. The detailing department sn Scratched the xxxx out of my hood a side panels before I even took ownership. Missing floor mats that where suppose to be in the truck but where stolen. Still haven't received them a week after purchase. Onstar doest work and have had to have it fixed 3x now. Can't even connect my phone for basic music. $70k truck ...

I just purchased a brand new Chevy Trailblazer from Cumming Chevrolet. I purchase a new car every couple of years and the process is both painful and time consuming. My experience at Cumming Chevrolet was the opposite. The staff was very professional and prompt with my purchase. I got exactly what I wanted, a fair trade in value, and a quick turn around time. Shoutout to my salesperson Rene for being patient with me and Joey in Finance for getting me processed quickly. I will be sure to send family and friends to the dealer.

If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give negative stars I would. My daughters 2020 Malibu has been to their service dept twice. She just got her car back on 11/27. Today it’s being towed back for the same , dangerous issues. They say they have no courtesy vehicles - xxxxxxxx. I paid $1000 for a month long car rental! They are responsible for not fixing the original issue. Now is trip #3 today. This is a horrendous dealership. Never again. I will tell everyone o know to stay away. Kris Genesi

Horrible service.

Horrible service. Car has been there for two weeks and still no diagnose. Been without a car and don't offer car rental. Will never take my vehicle there again.
