Vehicle Service is questionable

It's a joke they could careless to make you feel safe to drive your vehicle. Took care in for milestone maintenance twice both times did nothing said the vehicle app is the problem not them. Also had to take car in because it has a vibration in the pedals and shifting into park feels weird and I was told that was normal for a car with 21000 miles and ask me what I wanted him to do about it. I got my keys and I will never return.

EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP SERVICE!

I had the experience of visiting both the Clifton and Safford Dealerships to have an A/C problem with my vehicle fixed. The staff at both locations were very courteous, friendly, and helpful on my visits. Though my experience is still on going, the Safford Dealership has Honored my extended warranties with no hassles or questions or hidden charges. I have such Great Respect for Kemptons especially during these difficult times for working on my vehicle and making things right especially with warranties and minimal charges. I am a satisfied and Happy Customer, and will be a future Customer at Kemptons Chevrolet in my future! Respectfully, Jesse Chavarria, Clifton AZ.

Used Car Shopping

So I saw the vehicle on several sites, before checking them out. Had some doubts, because, in some cases, a dealership in a smaller town can really jerk you around. The good news is, that they didn’t do that here. The only reason for the four stars is that my initial co tact with a salesman was good, but he went out of town without letting me know before I came up. Thankfully, the rest of the staff was really nice, and helpful. The vehicle is in good shape and I am glad I bought it. My only other gripe is having some other guy call and text frequently to try and say someone else is interested in it. Don’t really care if it was true or just a tactic, I said I would be there and meant it, no need to call all week before hand. Ok, so again, other than those two hiccups, it was a great experience, and I will probably be back there again, to get a car for my wife. Thanks!

Great Service Provides a Great Experience!

We chose Kempton for a few reasons. 1. They had the used vehicle we were wanting and 2. We know a number of their employees and they are good people. By the time we were done, we got the vehicle we wanted for a great price, the entire purchasing process was made easy, and they treated us like we were important clients and to be honest, we weren’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. It was overall a great experience! That won’t be the last vehicle we buy from Kempton!
