former Sylvania Ford customer

My experience was VERY unpleasant. After 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and vehicle wash it was not completed. This oil change and car wash had been scheduled a week in advance. I had asked customer service to schedule the wash immediately after the service so that I did not have to wait 4 hours like I did the last time. So instead I got to wait over 4 hours and still did NOT get the car washed. Customer service was very, very poor and I will not be going back nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone. Wayne Blanchard is the only one who helped me get my car back. I thank Wayne Blanchard for stepping in and helping out in a bad situation. Plus in my opinion the bill was too high for what was done. I paid the bill but that will be the last one. I will go someplace else to have my car serviced and washed. My family and I have been doing business with this dealership for a very long time and have bought a lot of vehicles from them but this experience was so unpleasant I will not be back!

2023 Ford Raptor Purchase

This was definitely the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle!!! I saved big $$$ compared to pricing from any other Ford dealership I checked with in GA, FL, and SC. Matt, Ken, and all the team at Sylvania Ford made me feel like family with this low pressure, no haggling deal. Matt and Ken took the time to answer all my questions and streamlined the process. Literally, the process took 2 to 3 hours from start to finish. Thanks Matt, Ken, and all the team at Sylvania Ford, you are the best!!!

Excellent buying experience

I bought my '23 Ford Raptor from Sylvania Ford and had a great experience. Matt was very easy to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I am located out-of-state and they were able to deliver the vehicle to my house. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Sylvania Ford.
