Brought my 2018 Ford Taurus in four times for check engine light. Sat in shop for a total of more than fourteen days and had to keep calling to get status... and maybe to look at it. They said they replaced the Charcoal cannister for evap leak but problem persisted and they gave up! I told them it was probably the purge valve or electrical it happened right after they changed the battery. Well today I bought a Purge Valve part#CX2409 for $43.29 and replaced it. New one you can't blow through it but old one air goes-FIXED!!! SO much for FORD CUSTOMER service and warranty-NEVER a FORD again and if you do buy a Ford stay away from Toliver. Will not buy again because Ford corporate would not help either. Been buying again since 2012-first vehicle with problem (most likely caused by Toliver at battery change).
Where do i begin!! I was warned to stay away and not deal with them. But i wanted to support small business in our small town being a business owner my... self. Our suv has been in the shop almost as long as we have owned it. The finance lady is the rudest and most unprofessional i have ever seen. After 3 visits in the shop to fix it, we still have parts falling off our suv and the light they said they fixed was not fixed found that out when we got pulled over cause our rear light wasn't working. This is all in the same day. We only own the suv for 3 weeks now. Run and do not do business with them, i wish i would have listen.
Oh my goodness! These guys are the best! Sheila is amazing and did such a good job helping me and Alex made the deal happen!
Bought a used vehicle been in the shop almost the same amount of time that I've owned it, staffing is extremely unprofessional and rude (except salesmen)... after the 3rd time of my vehicle needing to get fixed for the same thing now, finance lady comes outside yelling completely unprofessional to the point of her making threats in my face and bfs then proceeds to grab the part of my car and tries to break it!!! Calls the GM who shows up cursing us out and yelling looking for a fight. Long story short STAYYY AWAYYYY!!!!
No hassle buying experience. Very quick and easy. Will buy again from them if ever in a need to. Had a little miss understanding about 2nd set of keys,... but all is resolved and great. It's been a pleasure working with them in our quest for a newer car for us.
No after the sale customer service. I was promised a second set of keys and fobs I was told they were in sulphur springs and would be sent to quitman Monday... or Tuesday now they are saying they lost the keys and they are not going to be replaced. I can't hardly believe that a dealer like toliver would loose a customer over something like this. All of the used keys for sale on Ebay and craigslist have to come from somewhere. Someone is cleaning up with spare keys. Low class no class dealers I expected more from Brian toliver ford

Emailed on Monday, received call back and honest and accurate description of vehicle. Scheduled a test drive on Tuesday and purchased car that same afternoon.... Very friendly and helpful people. Buying and financing process couldn't have been easier. Alex and Cindy were a pleasure to work with.
