I found a RAM truck online at this dealership, at a very good price. I sent them an inquiry, and they responded saying the truck was on the lot and available. The online ad stated the vehicle had only 63 miles. I scheduled an appointment the next morning to view the vehicle and speak to a sales person. I received several confirmation texts before, and even during, the drive to the dealership. When I got there the vehicle was not on the lot. The dealership owner had the vehicle as a demo, and was in KY. "No problem" they have another similar vehicle on the lot. Pretty obvious bait and switch tactic from my perspective. The sales manager, James Romine, obviously has little, to no, ethics. After writing an offer sheet he attempted to hike the price by $4,000. All the information is on their website as I type this. The truck still shows having 63 miles and no mention of a demo. The website also shows the vehicle "final price" of $71,695 but its actually $67,695. Go to Edmunds and it lists the vehicle as a "final price" of $67,995. To say the least my conversation with Mr. Romine did not go well. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be the victim of unethical practices, and extremely lousy customer service.

Worst Service Department
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have been charged five different prices for a oil change. You have to take it back because of there made up warranty. Also, they didn’t put the correct amount of oil in it and I had to pay for an oil consumption test at a another dealership because of there incompetence.

Stereotypical Used Car Salesman
Terrible experience. I had agreed upon price for a used vehicle with Dick Giles. I offered to put a payment down over the phone, but was assured this was not needed since Dick was a man of his word. We had agreed that I would sign papers and pick the vehicle up after work. Before I could make it to the dealer I received a call that Jason Cosat had approved the sale of that vehicle to another customer.

Dealership will not call me back!
Only reason i gave one star is that i couldn't give less. I have been trying since last September to get an issue handled and kept getting the run around. Now the salesman and sales manager James Romine are not returning calls. Horrible business practice. I wouldn't recommend at all!!!

Don’t trust their warranty, don’t trust their warr
Went there for repairs for my new vehicle , that’s under warranty, warranty wasn’t honored , took too long to just check the problem. If you purchase from here , I hope not , just have everything recorded or writing down cause they won’t honor the warranty

Lack of Communication/no Solutions

When the claimed to have diagnosed everything the first time. Long story short I spent nearly $2000 and still have the same issues...stay away from them no matter what they promise.

DO NOT DO IT!!
Would not recommend this service department to my worst enemy. The customer service and service from the dealership itself was great. However we purchased a 2015 Town and Country and called on a Monday to advise them the motor had locked up and we were towing it to them. They stated, "ok great we'll put you down." Here it is the following Friday...11 days later and they still have not looked at the vehicle. Every time I call they send me to some voicemail or the service manager is "out of the building" but guess what message after message left and no return call. Was told on day we dropped it off we have several others in front and will be approximately 2-3 days before we can look at it. Okay that's understandable, go down Thursday...unfortunately we have been unable to look at it...Call Saturday around 9 am for update given voicemail...Call at 3:15 well sorry the service department closed at 3 never received a return call.. Monday go into shop. Well sir it should be in later this evening tomorrow (Tuesday) at the latest and here it is Friday and still hasn't even been looked at. So not only have we been out of a vehicle for going on two weeks if it is a motor issue covered under warranty at this rate be lucky to see it before the first of the year with upcoming holidays and all. On top of that no rental car or loaner car has been offered to appease situation. Overall terrible customer service. I can't wait until day we no longer have to deal with the tiresome service department!

I didn't get a chance to go inside the dealership as it was almost closing time, but the sales rep, Larry was very helpful. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, the sales reps attitude and honest would make me consider this dealership for my next purchase

This is my 4th purchase with Fletcher Chrysler. After all this time, it wouldn't feel right going and buying from anywhere else! Tom Thompson is a class act. He's always willing to go above and beyond to make the buying experience a great one. I can honestly say that he has never disappointed me in all these years. As a repeat buyer, Fletcher Chrysler is the only dealership I would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience. James Armstrong also made the financial part of the purchase extremely fast and easy. It's true, everybody gets a great deal here!
