Dealership will not call me back!
Only reason i gave one star is that i couldn't give less. I have been trying since last September to get an issue handled and kept getting the run around. Now the salesman and sales manager James Romine are not returning calls. Horrible business practice. I wouldn't recommend at all!!!
Don’t trust their warranty, don’t trust their warr
Went there for repairs for my new vehicle , that’s under warranty, warranty wasn’t honored , took too long to just check the problem. If you purchase from here , I hope not , just have everything recorded or writing down cause they won’t honor the warranty
Lack of Communication/no Solutions
I went to this place based on some recommendations. I showed up with an issue that they didn't fix and one that they did. Now they want me to come back to "re-diagnose" the problem. When the claimed to have diagnosed everything the first time. Long story short I spent nearly $2000 and still have the same issues...stay away from them no matter what they promise.
DO NOT DO IT!!
Would not recommend this service department to my worst enemy. The customer service and service from the dealership itself was great. However we purchased a 2015 Town and Country and called on a Monday to advise them the motor had locked up and we were towing it to them. They stated, "ok great we'll put you down." Here it is the following Friday...11 days later and they still have not looked at the vehicle. Every time I call they send me to some voicemail or the service manager is "out of the building" but guess what message after message left and no return call. Was told on day we dropped it off we have several others in front and will be approximately 2-3 days before we can look at it. Okay that's understandable, go down Thursday...unfortunately we have been unable to look at it...Call Saturday around 9 am for update given voicemail...Call at 3:15 well sorry the service department closed at 3 never received a return call.. Monday go into shop. Well sir it should be in later this evening tomorrow (Tuesday) at the latest and here it is Friday and still hasn't even been looked at. So not only have we been out of a vehicle for going on two weeks if it is a motor issue covered under warranty at this rate be lucky to see it before the first of the year with upcoming holidays and all. On top of that no rental car or loaner car has been offered to appease situation. Overall terrible customer service. I can't wait until day we no longer have to deal with the tiresome service department!

I didn't get a chance to go inside the dealership as it was almost closing time, but the sales rep, Larry was very helpful. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, the sales reps attitude and honest would make me consider this dealership for my next purchase
This is my 4th purchase with Fletcher Chrysler. After all this time, it wouldn't feel right going and buying from anywhere else! Tom Thompson is a class act. He's always willing to go above and beyond to make the buying experience a great one. I can honestly say that he has never disappointed me in all these years. As a repeat buyer, Fletcher Chrysler is the only dealership I would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience. James Armstrong also made the financial part of the purchase extremely fast and easy. It's true, everybody gets a great deal here!
