I brought my car to Porsche Carlsbad for a 10k service.
I brought my car to Porsche Carlsbad for a 10k service. Kassy was my service technician. I showed up one hour ahead of my scheduled arrival time and Kassy made no fuss about it, she kindly took care of me immediately after her previous client left. She kept me informed while my car was being serviced and when I picked it up I was glad to see that she made sure the service team did not disassemble the dog area at the back of the car when cleaning it up. She also remembered to ask them to update the time on the clock. Overall my experience was a very pleasant one, thanks to Kassy!
