Are use Tom O’Brien Greenwood for almost all of my service needs for all three of my vehicle‘s. They are always friendly and know me by name when I come in. They get me in and out in a very timely fashion with the work completed right the first time. Always a great experience! Their customer lounge is very comfortable

Great follow through
Took in for repairs on 7/20. Had the issue repeat a week later. They moved us to the front of the line to resolve the issue. Brian in Service did an amazing Job working with our warranty company to get these items at no cost. Tha k you

It was an amazing experience buying my new car.
It was an amazing experience buying my new car. Went there to just look and had some good interaction with salesman explaining everything clearly. Traded in my old car and drove away with a new one the same day. Would highly recommend buying your car from Tom Obrien’s Greenwood!

Quick and Fair Process
After looking everywhere for a vehicle under $20k, under 70k miles, and with a spacious third row (so we can rear face 3 car seats), I found a 2016 GMC Acadia with 58k miles for $17k here (after other dealerships basically telling me it’s impossible). I applied at my bank Friday evening online and was approved. Showed up first thing Saturday morning. I’m glad I was proactive as another couple wanted to purchase the car. I placed a refundable $200 hold as I just needed the purchase agreement and I went to my bank, signed forms, and came back with a check all before noon. It would have been faster but I allowed the dealership to try and beat my bank’s rates (they couldn’t). Tim was great through the process. I wish we’d have gotten a little more for our trade but they did negotiate with me and I understood why they couldn’t give more.

It took 6 days to do a 4 - 5 hour job.
