Jordi went above and beyond.
Jordi went above and beyond. We live in Florida and this is the first time purchasing a car online. But, Jordi was always there to answer any questions, send pictures and put us at ease. Paperwork was done via UPS over the holidays but all went smoothly. Now we are anxiously awaiting delivery of our new used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. Jordi also made himself available to oversee the transport. Thanks for the unending great service provided by Jordi and the Tom O’Brien team.

I was a bit skeptical driving three hours to look at a
I was a bit skeptical driving three hours to look at a truck, as I have been burned by this before. The truck was nine years old with 94k miles and seven owners listed on the Carfax, which also raised some concern. The O'Brien team assured me it was a solid truck and met my request for any additional pictures of the under carriage to rule out common areas of rust. Upon arrival at O'Brien, my wife and I were met by Alex from the sales team. He showed us to the truck, which was as advertised. My skepticism quickly began to ease as I looked over the truck. It appeared more like a single owner vehicle than one with several owners. Each door or compartment opened revealed a very clean vehicle, under carriage free of rust. Compliments to the detail team on the impressive work getting the truck ready for sale. I have spent some time working in automotive detailing and know the amount of work that goes into presenting a vehicle at a high level. Alex then asked my thoughts, and if I would like to test drive. The drive proved the truck was mechanically sound, all luxury accessories functioning properly, sealing the deal. After purchase and the drive home I was looking a little more thoroughly, the only thing I did not initially notice was the jack was missing. I contacted Alex and he said they would order it and ship it to my house. He also said he contacted the previous owner and located the extra key as well. Both the key and jack arrived at my house a couple days ago. I cannot say enough about the O'Brien commitment to service after the sale. I would highly recommend O'Brien to any prospective buyers.
