Kain Sterling made our vehicle purchase so smooth and easy--completed the deal in just over 2 hours! He is young but very proffesional and honest. The dealership is so friendly and polite. I dread going to buy a new vehicle, but I should not of-- this experience was painless. Go Kain!

The communication within this dealership is horrible. The...

The communication within this dealership is horrible. The sales team was fair and we were happy with the deal that we made on our vehicle. The finance team tried to sell a higher interest rate than we finally landed on. I was a cosigner on a vehicle and do not live in the area. They were unable to send documents for an esignature and told me (on 3 separate requests) that FedExing documents was absolutely not an option. They required me to take a part day off of work and drive 2 hours in to the dealership to cosign for a loan. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have the documents. They had been FedExed. Their response: "sorry". I emailed the general manager and he stated that he was embarrassed by the way the situation was handled. That was all we ever heard from them. They had made their sale and were done!

Sorry but after having a rental for 3 days and paying for...

Sorry but after having a rental for 3 days and paying for a wrecker and the service department fees they tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it so I drive it to a funeral in Houston it stops working again. Which leaves me with hotel fees and another rental over Memorial Day weekend. I’m not a fan

The receptionist was hateful and rolled her eyes twice at me. When I asked her a question She got rude with me. Other than that the service was great.

Great service

I?ve had very good experiences with our Escalade and GMC Sierra. John in the service department is very courteous and kept me up to date on repairs, cost and the options I have. I will definitely keep using Britain for buying and service.

Britain Chevrolet- They have a motto about how they are a family and it seemed like they were. Kain Sterling was definitely a charming, polite, and helpful salesperson. He sold me the perfect car! He took the time to listen to me even though I was not buying a new vehicle. Too bad Nissan of Greenville wouldn't take the time, unless I bought new-their loss. "You people work on commission, right?" "Yeah." "Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now."
