    Since purchasing my Chevy Cruze two years ago from Britain, their service department has done all the work on my car. They always do a fantastic job in... a timely manner. Mostly I’ve had just scheduled maintenance, but also there was an oil pan that had to be replaced because I hit something, and the windshield got cracked and had to be replaced. Their work is always top notch, and they treat me well, greeting me with a smile, calling me by name, and being professional. I’m really glad I bought my car at Britain and found their service department!

    We found that this dealership seems to be full of empty promises from the get go, I placed a call to Tay on Monday explained what I was looking for was... told he had two just like that and would have them at the door washed and waiting for us to arrive, oops first empty promise , no trucks were washed and waiting but the salesman Jack ( which was great had a very hard time finding one of the trucks and the second apparently was non existent, after test driving my wife decided she really liked the truck so we met with Tay which yet more empty promises, we were told a dollar range within 20.00 of what our payment would be and a 3 point range of what our interests would be , interest rate was slightly higher than promised but the payment was over a hundred dollars higher than promised, we decided to go ahead with the deal was told it would happen this night we sat there until 8:00 pm and was finally told the banks are closed , they would let us know tomorrow morning, next day I called at 12:00 pm to see what the deal was and was told everything was approved and the truck was in make ready, huh, you would think someone would let us know, we were told that all the we owe/you owe items would be on the truck waiting when we arrived, the only thing done was bed liner, and a half done detail, the running boards were not installed, scratches not repaired, we later had to return on the next Saturday to have used running boards installed , but no scratches fixed , yup that would be scheduled 2 more weeks out in fact on Labor Day , during this whole time we have been asking for our second set of keys and key flob , we were told from the get go they were lost and would be overnighted fedex to us here a month later and I’m trying to reach someone in management to get keys , Not very happy at all.     Doug was great! He answered all of my questions and handled my repairs super quick! I have an SRX that was flooded recently. The repairs were performed... so quickly and my car came back to me looking and smelling better than the day I bought it. Plus thanks to the men who took and picked me up from enterprise!     There was a 2017 Trax that was priced incorrectly using employee pricing and rebate that was incompatible. This issue has been resolved. I apologize f...or any inconvenience the mismarked price has caused.
