Sales experience started out well, was my 4th or 5th vehicle purchased here. Problem started when my vehicle continued to break down with the same issue. Now I can't get the service dept to even look at it again. I tried to cancell my extended warranty so I could get rid of the car. A 2026 palisade with 6,000 miles. The f & I guy told me if I canceled the extended warranty I would have to pay for the current repairs. I said no it. Has a full factory warranty. He said no, that's a limited warranty and WONT cover your repairs. I had to contact a lawyer. I spent 40 years working for car dealers. I know how they work

Very rude service people bought car less than 6 months & nothing but problems every time I call it's a hassle warranty bumper to bumper still run around this place sells lemons go somewhere else keep your money
