Long but Happy Day

The buying process took a long time (literally all day Saturday) but I’m very happy with my vehicle purchase and the service provided. The sales team had great customer service, they even let me borrow a brand new vehicle similar to the one I was looking to purchase to take to lunch for the afternoon before finalizing everything later that evening.

We got two cars a fusion for my wife and a focus for my daughter David help me and follow thru all the proses and after the sale he still help me with the app that I need to down load for Ford to work with my car pretty cool I will by all my cars from him always

Great customer service

I was treated with the most utmost respect from the moment I walked through their doors. Even though I didn’t buy this time I will definitely return to buy when I’m ready. Damian obermueller was my sales person and never once pressured me into anything I didn’t feel comfortable with and answered every question I had very professional staff.

Casey Davis is the man to see if you need a new vehicle. Just ask for "Big Country"....The service was excellent, and the purchase was easy and most important TRANSPARENT with the terms and financing. The process form start to finish was simple and swift. Casey Davis, Joseph Bethel, and the entire Stanley Team answered all my questions, and more importantly gave me confidence in my purchase. I will be back to buy again, and if your looking to purchase PLEASE don't waste your time sitting for hours at another dealer haggling. Very positive experience

I live in Pilot Point and I needed to get parts for my Ford F-250 came by the Ford house and Jason Hammonds set me up with the part that that day and I had it out that evening great service by the people at the Ford dealership.

Service review

You folks are tops in my book...and obviously in others as well considering the backlog of having to wait till the following Sat. That's not a bad thing by any means. We all realize the shortage of qualified technicians facing us daily and we deal with it, some better than others. Kudos especially go to Tammy Goodger, my service advisor that day. She and I know my Escape well. We hold in common an importance for routine vehicle maintenance and knowing what's about to wear out and what just plain needs replacing. And to Stanley Ford and salesman Adrian for his help getting info on the Transit Connect. It took lots of time and patience to print all that out but it'll help when the time comes. (I still love the Ranger! But it's Mom's turn so I'll shut up now...whimper...whimper.) ;-) Keep it up y'all! We'll see ya soon when the next vehicle is due for more TLC. Thanks, Bryan

best sales agent ever!!!

I was in the process of getting a new car but couldnt decide what was best for my family. Adrian was very helpful, courteous and polite.... He was very knowledgeable and confident in the things that he was explaining to me. Excellent customer service.. He wasnt just trying to rush me into any car to get a sale..He took time and helped me figure out what was best for my family and our needs.
