$2000 warranty was mistakenly not honored

Paid $2000 for warranty..struts was covered..they mistakenly state they're not covered..had someone else fix problem..now they say warranty is voided because of it EVEN THOUGH I TOOK IT TO THEM THREE DIFFERENT TIMES..I WAS quite SHOCKED..thought they was ok..will NEVER GO BACK..VERY DISSATISFIED..

Great Dealership

The employees there were all very friendly and assisted me in buying my new Dodge Charger. They gave me a fair deal at first, and eventually we came to an agreement and I love my new car. Great customer service.

Horrible sales manager!

I understand the dealership has to make money. But when you find what you want. Are willing to pay the advertised price. And they wont pay off your previous car when its equal to the trade in value? They also tried to get me a heck of a deal. Everything financed at 13%?!?!? Not no but!!! (Well you get the point.) They didn't get my business.
