Pleasant experience with the staff at the dealership. Everyone was easy to work with and a reasonable deal. Would recommend for a vehicle purchase.

Tried to buy a vehicle yesterday. Was told by Maddie by text that someone would call me back. Waited three hours no response. I texted back and was told they couldn’t give me a time for callback. This morning I received an email saying the vehicle I wanted went up in price by $2000. I contacted the GM Benson Banks to explain the situation, but he didn’t bother to respond. With service like that I will take my business elsewhere.

The dealership was very good, they explained every detail to me. Also they programmed my phone for me & gave me Sirius XM of 3 months.

I have had my cars serviced there in the past and they have been honest and thorough. Just bought my first car from them and couldn’t be happier. I drive past another Ford dealership ( they are awful) to do business with this dealership.
