This was our second purchase of a F150 from Tidelands and

This was our second purchase of a F150 from Tidelands and it was a great experience and the perfect truck. We asked Tidelands Ford to find us a slightly newer used F150 and Chelsea spent 8 weeks tracking down the features and color vehicle we wanted. Our ‘22 F150 4x4 Lariat is outfitted exactly as we wanted. The sales team was great and we are so pleased to have this vehicle. We got a great trade in price on our 2018 and the cost of the newer truck was very fair. Great experience.

The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had and there

The easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had and there have been a lot over the years. Caleb was very knowledgeable and helpful and closed the deal easily, assistance from John and BD was icing on the cake. I truly appreciate all their efforts and would encourage everyone to give them an opportunity. Thanks again everyone at Tidelands Ford.

My experience buying my vehicle started off well—the process was quick, and everyone was friendly. I worked with Hailey, who was really sweet. But after the purchase, things took a frustrating turn. I was promised a second key that would be mailed to me in a few days, but it’s now been months, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out repeatedly to both Hailey, the sales associate, and John, the sales manager, and even gave John additional time after he assured me he’d call back in a week. Unfortunately, he never did. I’ve been patient and made every effort to resolve this, but I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-through. I am still waiting for my second key. Sadly, I can’t recommend this dealership after this experience.

Caleb was amazing to work with.

Caleb was amazing to work with. He worked diligently to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Though a tough task because of my picky husband, he came through for us at a time that couldn't have been better. The process was quick and painless. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Caleb and Tideland Ford. Everyone is always attentive and kind. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, so as his slogan says, 'Don't throw in the towel, call Caleb Powell!' I promise you wont be disappointed.

In the last 22 years, my family has bought over 40 cars from Tideland's. We've never had an issue. From the ownership to the salesmen, we've always been treated like family at Tideland's.
