I contacted this dealership because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and wanted to get some additional information before moving forward. I was prepared to make a serious inquiry, but the experience quickly became frustrating. Communication was slow, questions were not answered clearly, and I felt like I had to work harder than I should have just to get basic information. When someone is considering spending a significant amount of money on a vehicle, they should feel valued and respected throughout the process. Instead, the interaction left me feeling like my business was not important. Customer service is a major part of any purchase experience, and unfortunately, this dealership fell short. Because of the way the situation was handled, I decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that understand the importance of treating customers professionally and earning their trust.
