Kirk & Courtney could have been better.

Kirk & Courtney could have been better. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly both of these people. Shane, the service manager, was the person who referred us. Definitely they work as a team! Most pleasant car-buying experience ever!

I have bought a lot of vehicles.

I have bought a lot of vehicles. The one thing I dread is going to a dealership to purchase one. And you know what I mean about the stress it causes. However… Les, Carley, and Holly made this purchase the best experience ever. It was easy. I had my grandkids with me and it was just a great experience. It didn’t take all day. They helped me with what I wanted and they made me feel like pleasing me was their first priority! Everyone was so friendly and laid back. It was worth the 2 hour drive. And I will do another 2 hour drive for my next vehicle. I am a customer for life. Thank you all for being so awesome!! Angie

If I could give this zero stars I would.

If I could give this zero stars I would. They had my vehicle for over a month and never fixed it. Zero communication. I had to pull teeth to get them to return my calls and I had to initiate the research on my own vehicle's issues with Ford. I have NEVER had such an awful experience in my life. They didn't seem to care at all and in the end, lied to my insurance company as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Service Advisor Kasey Ackins is a very professional and knowledgeable individual. He is to be commended on the way he communicated with me when my vehicle was out of service. Also, Technision Cameron Hitt also to be commended on his knowledge that he showed me during the time that I communicated with him. These two professional young men are keepers. Kudos to the both of them, Master Sergeant Lawrence S. Lee, retired USAF.
