Title difficulties after 4 months

I contacted Miracle Nissan of North Augusta on Monday 6/5/23 regarding a title issue on the 2017 Rogue I purchased in February. The salesman called me right away and said he would find out something and let me know. But I still don't know what is going on with my title. I don't want to get in a bad way with my Credit Union or Miracle Nissan of North Augusta. I also got a check in the mail from Miracle Nissan of North Augusta on May 15th that is for a "tag and title refund." I deposited the check, but the bank returned it with "return to maker stamped on it." I am starting to think there is a big problem going on with my title and Miracle Nissan of North Augusta. I don't want the credit union to be on the hook if the vehicle doesn't have a title or cannot be titled because of an issue like an unsettled lien. Who can I go to other than the salesman to resolve this issue? Do I need to bring the car back and trade it for one that does have a title?

I emailed requesting information about the availability.

I emailed requesting information about the availability. A representative responded first thing the next morning. We scheduled an appointment and we were greeted by Reuben. Everyone in the dealership was kind and courteous. Reuben had the car cleaned before we arrived so we could see the cars full potential as an older model. There was no hassle going back and forth about price. We worked together and found a price point that we could both benefit from. We would definitely buy from this dealership again in the future.

I purchased my Rogue from this store.

I purchased my Rogue from this store. Sale, pricing and delivery quick and easy. They gave me an excellent price that I was happy with, Of course my service after the sale has been great as well, My Rogue is averaging 34,9 miles per gallon and the ride and drive is perfect. Love my new Rogue,

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I took my NV Cargo to another dealer and they were extremely low in the integrity department. Took it to Bob Richards Nissan and two hours later my van was repaired, under warranty. I have found my Nissan Dealership. Chris Martin, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with concerning my van problem. Jesse Sligh did a Fantastic job on the repairs. Johnny Royal, General Manager. They made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and my vehicle.

I informed the service department of an issue that was concerning me for today her a year. They test drove it several time and claimed they didn’t not hear the issue even when I pointed it out. A year and a half later I take my car to another dealership and they inform me that the reason they did this was because of a part recall. This dealership service department overall sucks because they do not give quality service and they overcharge for EVERYTHING! Long story short go somewhere else for good quality service!

PLEASE READ FOR HONEST NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

***UPDATE MUST READ*** If your thinking about buying a car here please take the time to read my entire experience. UPDATE: 4/27/21 Went back because they were the only place with the car we wanted. Long story short my wife signs the papers and gives them the check. "ERIC" the "manager" calls me and says that if I do not take down this review my wife cannot get the keys to the car. Literally blackmailed me to remove the review, not because it was false but because it was true. This goes to show how pathetic eRiC is as management. He said straight up iF yOu DoNt tAkE dOwN tHe ReViEw, ThE DeAl WoNt HaPpEn. Not to mention I explained I would edit it with an update of today's experience (which was better until ErIc called) Instead of customer service what he did might even be illegal. Stay away!!!! (apparently smart guy Eric does not know I can just edit this review again) Goes to show my original instinct of them not being honest was right. Wonder what else he has done for those 5-star reviews. FYI Eric also said the general manager was on board with this strong arm, yikes!!! 4/24/21 We found a car we liked online and got the numbers for it. The quote included a $1785 charge for the "Murphy Advantage", which is just a glorified extended powertrain warranty. We declined the extra charge and they reran the quote. This time they removed $500 from the Discounts. When we asked why they removed the discount they ended up putting the regional manager on the phone with my wife. He gave her a revised quote which is a price that we agreed on. Next day we got to the dealership. Car looks great so we sit down with De'Andre. He produces the original quote. We told him about the conversation with the regional manager and the revised selling price. Next the local manager arrives to inform us that they would not be honoring that price and after further discussion told us that even the original quote was incorrect because "If you pay cash you have to pay more". What a mess. Not to mention the cars online price went up 3k after we called to check the availability before all this started. Never had an experience like this at a dealership before, when they knew from the beginning we were not financing. I would be careful here as they do not seem to be honest.
