    My Service Advisor Lee was great provided constant updates and estimates of the work to be performed (air suspension malfunction). I received the vehicle back two days sooner than expected, and it operates great. We have purchased six vehicles from this dealership and recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a Land Rover family vehicle. Daniel, Floyd, Lily, and the entire team are first class.

    The absolute worse buying experience I have ever had buying a car. I bought a 2017 F-Pace and Jaguar Birmingham has mismanaged the paperwork so badly that, after almost a month after buying the car, I am still unable to register it.

    I ordered 2017 Lwb Range Rover . There has been issues with the car but Land Rover of Birmingham has been most helpful. Even driving 1 1/2 hrs to pick up my car for service. Customer service is phenomenal. Quick, pleasant and all reps very professional. I wish I loved the car as much as the service I experienced!

    They have always bent over backwards to help with any issues we have -- even taking a call at the close of day one day and getting us in "right away." In addition, they have always provided a courtesy car allowing me to go about my day even when my car is in for service.
