Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a excellent expe

Service Dept

Leland was excellent to get me in and out As we had trip to Nashville planned. He offered loaner car but I was fine waiting. He communicated the status and for the door latch replaced quickly even though 2 service techs were out unexpectedly. Excellent service by Leland. Phyllis Ingram

Very disappointed

I bought a used Ram , the sales-team was great . The complete process was excellent . The only thing I told them I needed was two keys with the truck.That was a month ago and still haven’t gotten the 2nd key. I’ve called and exchanged text messages and got every excuse you can think of. Bottom line is they don’t keep their word. David
