Called a xxxxx by VP

Went in to have a fuel pump put in. Was told it would take 3 hours. I asked Russell Street if I could Have a loner car to go do some errands and he asked if I bought it from him I say No but you have done every single service on it since I bought It new from my nephew at Tuscaloosa Nissan He said he doesn’t loan out except from people who has bought from him I said I thought That was pretty crappy to do that and not do it for your loyal service people he said well I think You are a xxxxx and don’t threaten me with ever coming back here because I dont Give a xxxx if you ever do!! This was done in front of everyone in the show room service dept and all the workers!! Can you tell me how someone with this hate can work with the public?

Living Handsfree!

I have had my 2012 Rogue serviced at Columbus Nissan for years. Bobby Cade and his staff and all the cashiers are friendly and helpful. I always feel they are being honest with me. Last week we decided it was time to get a new car after 7 years and 170,000 miles. Since I had so few problems with my Rogue and I loved how it drove, we bought a 2019 Rogue. Same color even! But, this time all the bells and whistles(what my grandad would have called “new fangled gadgets”) were overwhelming to me.(yes, old school)This is where my hero of the hour enters. Mike “Smitty” Smith walked me through how to activate, utilize and understand the technology and “garbledegok” of the manual. After 3 tutoring sessionsI am enjoying the evolving world of handless communication AND SIRI!!!! I really appreciate his patience and kindness.

I brought my 2018 Titan in to get some things checked out and recalls fixed. There was a mix up in what services needed to be done. When I showed up to an unexpected Bill, the service manager immediately resolved the issue. I was beyond shocked as I expected a debate. They discussed the issues with the truck (or lack there of) and we shook hands and I left with nothing out of pocket. Truly a breath of fresh air.

Columbus Nissan Experience

Alan at Columbus Nissan did an amazing job helping me find the right vehicle. We shopped around for quite some time and couldn't of been more pleased with the service and attention to detail the entire staff showed in meeting our needs in a vehicle. Good experience at Columbus Nissan

My wife and I went to Columbus, MS with intentions of buying a Honda Pilot. We decided we wanted to test drive a Nissan Murano before we committed to the Pilot that we test drove. Thanks to the attention we received at Columbus Nissan and the quality of the Murano, that is the car we drove home that day. It was a very good experience dealing with our salesman at Columbus Nissan.

Columbus Nissan

I have purchased 3 cars from Columbus Nissan. I just recently purchased a 2014 Rogue. I love Columbus Nissan - both for purchasing cars and for servicing the cars that I have purchased. The salesman, "Chef", was excellent! He worked very hard to get us what we wanted. Lisa that handled the paperwork was excellent as well. Very organized, efficient, and professional! Bobby and Cynthia in service are awesome! I am obviously a loyal customer!

Nissan

I enjoyed my experience at Columbus Nissan. I just moved to town and needed an new car. Columbus Nissan was the first place I went to and I didn't regret it. The staff was very nice. I took couple of cars to test drive before I chose mine. No one pushed me to buy a car I didn't want. Allen, the agent, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I even was able to negotiate a price and in my past experiences it was almost impossible at the car dealership. So far I am very happy with the car.
