Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service staff.

Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service staff. They have had our vehicle for almost 3 weeks & we were told by Preston that they haven't even looked at it, "don't call me, I'll call you" and if you're not happy about it, call Ram directly....We filed a complaint against the dealership with Ram Care.

Sir: I left you voicemails and called and left messages with reception. NEVER heard from anyone at your facility. Not the GM (since you currently don't have one), not the service advisor (Preston - since he said Don't call me, I'll call you) and not from you. In all my years, your dealership has been the worst I have ever dealt with and the lack of professionalism is beyond compare.

Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership via online. Was told that it looked brand new by several people including a sales manager. Once it was delivered I saw that it had been hit and repaired, the touch screen that controls all of the functions of the car was cracked ($2,500 repair), the mileage didn’t match the car or the executed paperwork and it definitely didn’t look like new. The worst experience. I’ve written several emails and texts and have not gotten one single response. Hopefully, my attorney will receive a response. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone.

Very disappointed in this dealership.

Very disappointed in this dealership. I visited the dealership yesterday test drove a car I inquired about, loved the car asked for a buyers order because I wanted to finance through my bank waited over 3 plus hours still no buyers order which was strange kept in contact with the sales rep he kept saying the finance manager was going to send it, nothing. Very distasteful and unprofessional what dealership wouldn’t give a customer a buyers order to cash out on a vehicle. Only communication was from me nothing from the dealership or sales rep or finance manager as to what was the problem or issue.

I called landmark Dodge to set up an appointment for my recall repairs on my 2022 Dodge ram, 2500 6.7 diesel witch I bought at landmark and Ask them to find out why my air conditioner wasn’t working They told me I had to leave it so I asked him for how long and they told me I had to leave it for 14 days I do not have an Extra vehicle just laying around I work for a living having my work truck down for one day is hard enough but to have it down for 14 days with no truck might as well just fire me from my job or close my business down wrong on so many level And they didn’t even give me an option for a rental vehicle while this was going on now mind you this was a recall, landmark Dodge you need to do better I would like to add Eddie Rodriguez, called me and left me a message. I’ve called him several times left him a message. He has never called me back. I still have not gotten my warranty work done Mr. Ed Rodriguez I would appreciate a call back Called again finally got a hold of Eddie Rose promised me that he would all my recalls done today , just talked to my assigned service person who informed me I had 4 recalls and it would take 3 to 4 hours for the inspection also he said he thinks the parts for the recall would be have to be ordered and I would have to come back what a joke Eddie and also I try to record my interactions with him could Not be recorded wow I know why they lie and waste your time more to come update The service guy comes back after an hour and a half and tells me That they need to charge me $300 for the region And then another couple hundred dollars to replace my Tire sensor which they told me that they would replace When I bought the vehicle seven months ago When I got mad and told him that I would not pay Eddie, the service manager comes over and tell Tell me that he’s not going to charge me for that But I would have to come back because he did not have most of the parts in stock When I got Mad, he threatened to call the police on me while he had the For trespassing mind you I came in for Recall repairs, which one of the recalls could potentially set my truck on fire I can’t believe how They could treat their customers this way I don’t know what to do All the Dodge dealerships that I call Same thing that they have no parts and there’s going to be another Wait, I’m pretty much give me excuses and Bad service and get threatened To be arrested wow

I want to give a shout out to Ceesay.

I want to give a shout out to Ceesay. I came in for a used truck and left with a smack brand new one. No gimmick, No Games. He was real professional and knowledgeable and instead of forcing the sale/upgrade, he let the decision be totally up to me with no pressure added. He got me in and out, no long drawn out day at the dealership. I had plenty of time and sunshine to enjoy my new truck 😂 this makes my 3rd vehicle from this location and all of them were phenomenal vehicles. Definitely my go to. Proud owner of a 2024 Ram 1500. Honestly i don't even know where to start with this

Honestly i don't even know where to start with this dealership, Myself and my boyfriend came to this dealership in December of 2023 to purchase a new 2023 Dodge Charger we worked with a salesperson of the name Ashley she was polite and Chad the finance manager was okay as well. After having the car for about a month intense burning smells began and the front headlight was saying it was having issues after taking it back to be serviced Landmark claims there was nothing wrong after more months go by we go back to buy another vehicle but my boyfriend wants to look at other dealerships which is fine we are still working with Ashley and explain to her we'll come back at a later within the day but my boyfriend decided to purchase a KIA instead, I advised Ashley of this through text (I have screenshots) and she was extremely angry/upset saying we could have told her we weren't coming back firstly myself i didn't know my boyfriend would go with the KIA and KIA also wouldn't let us leave without purchasing the car they ran his credit seven freaking times. Fast forward to 03/04/24 We went back to landmark Morrow early in the morning to see if Ashley was there even with how we were treated still wanting to work with her, According to their front desk she wouldn't be in till 11 we came back three or four times-- She wasn't there till 1PM even once we walked back to her desk she gave us a death glare while working with a client/customer on the phone once she hung up we both apologized as our intention wasn't to waste her time back then but she could've cared less about our situation she was rude and cold and dismissive and repeated that we could've told her we weren't coming back we do not owe you anything if you get a better deal you take the better deal, regardless we tried to come back and redeem ourselves by trying to give more business she said we would've needed money down which is fine we had a check with a approval but with she was acting over something that happened over four months ago? Extremely unprofessional she doesn't need to be a salesperson if she doesn't have a backbone to not take things personal, I mean how many customers a day do all salespeople not even in the car industry get people who decided to go with someone else and not say anything and i am sure she has done something similar nobody is perfect and a manager or someone needs to talk to her about this. Regardless this dealership is horrible, We were given useless warranties that are apparently only for "Defects" according to this dealerships service advisors on 03/04/24 last i checked a defect is something Dodge would put a recall out for. I also brought this car in because it was having issues breaking and having traction issues and was told nothing was wrong with the car well, Now one of the tires exploded due to it and the dealership won't do a single thing because none of the warranties cover anything. If i could give this dealership a zero i would because this is horrible.

want to share my recent experience, I bought a 2017 ram

want to share my recent experience, I bought a 2017 ram 1500 rebel about a month ago less than 2 days having it the engine light came on engine misfire multiple cylinders had a mechanic check found clogged air filter that’s after salesman stating that all cars gets a inspection and spark plugs were loose and only 5 out of 16 spark plugs were gapped right I had new spark plugs put in and all were gapped 2 days later light came on again .i had landmatk tow truck to their shop the following Monday I went down and spoke to the service manager of service department he told me they changed rebuilt engine , new computer in truck , new wiring harness , ignition coils and the spark plugs and gave me records of all repairs and said the truck should of never been sold having all these problems but dealership still sold it to me knowing the problems so I traded it in bc I needed a vehicle bc we traded our equinox in on it and it was sold I got a 2020 ram 1500 on sheet where they give you for price you sign to acknowledging the deal it was stated I wanted the tonneau cover,hard rock wheels and tires they agreed I got other truck but it turns out it was a different lug pattern they said I couldn’t have wheels but agreement said hard rock wheels and tires they finally agreed. It took a full week to get done. They put a leveling kit on front shocks so the wheels and tires could be put on they used csp upliftters in Buford. The wheels they put on are fuel not the hard rock wheels we agreed on the tires were right but the company landmark hired blew out driver side shock oil was everywhere on my driveway the next morning I looked. I talked to the guy at csp upliftters he stated to me he would look at it but it was a used truck less than 4 yrs old with only 28000 miles shocks don’t blow out in my opinion they did it. But why would I let them try to fix if they couldn’t do right the first time he also told me he didn’t get truck til Monday the dealership had since Tuesday night before that Monday it was scheduled the weds also he said dealership told him it was a 2017 truck 5 lug it’s a 2020 6 lug that’s why it took a week but salesman lied told me a part came in damaged so the salesman lied. To top it off when I bought the second truck my bank write check amount a little over bc we kept going back and forth on price the dealership hasn’t sent me the difference back in a check as promised I call try to speak to pan Holloway no answer I left message. So buyer beware I’m not trying to get back or anything like that m telling my personal experience whoever reads this can come to their own conclusions. Also for car buyers buying a car anywhere. 1). Always get a out the door price car dealers want you set on a payment amount by that they add percentage to your car loan if you finance through them never give your social security number til you get a out the door price it’s best to get pre approved for car loan before you go there 2) never pay the document fee it’s a rip off move they charge 799 negotiate it to a 100 or 200 3) on trade in s get a cash price for vehicle goto car max or another price appraisal site know what your trade is worth 4) at closing don’t buy their extended warranty they price gouge you they money off warranty’s they try to talk you into buying buy from a warranty company yourself 5) if they owe you something on your car like add on s like wheels,tires, sunroofs etc. don’t take your car home after buying let them the work first if it’s up to your standards then take it.5) never put cash down they can manipulate numbers to where with financing you’ll be just giving it away. Keep your cash and add it to your payment every month extra goes to the principal of the loan. If you have been wrong I suggest reporting to the federal trade commission they have a online form to repoTy incidence

Great day I was very disappointed with the landmark

Great day I was very disappointed with the landmark Dodge, because of the simple fact I bought a car cash in time. I pulled out the lot the next day. My engine light came on. They have not been able to resolve any of my issues and the people there are very rude especially the guy who signed the paperwork with me Mike I don’t even know his last name but he’s very rude. No one has never fix my problem. Yeah and I’m still having problems with my car. My car is there right now to do today and they still have not fix the problem. I spent like $20,000 bought an extended warranty and they let the warranty run out so they would have to fix the problem. I really would like to speak to the owner so I can let him know, and pointed to people that really did wrong to me .

Great day I was very disappointed with the landmark Dodge, because of the simple fact I bought a car cash in time. I pulled out the lot the next day. My engine light came on. They have not been able to resolve any of my issues and the people there are very rude especially the guy who signed the paperwork with me Mike I don’t even know his last name but he’s very rude. No one has never fix my problem. Yeah and I’m still having problems with my car. My car is there right now to do today and they still have not fix the problem. I spent like $20,000 bought an extended warranty and they let the warranty run out so they would have to fix the problem. I really would like to speak to the owner so I can let him know, and pointed to people that really did wrong to me .

I will never buy again from Landmark of Morrow.

I will never buy again from Landmark of Morrow...I regret signing papers with Chad...Chad is a horrible person...I couldn't see because of my vision...I trusted what Chad said...Landmark Chad and Tim took me for $4500. From reading the reviews the service department is no better...what a horrible experience I regret ever buying from Landmark.
