Exceptional Rep. "Jason"

My sales rep Jason was excellent. He not only diagnosed my problem but he made sure my only vehicle was ready on time. He provided regular updates on my vehicle status. Would recommend this dealership for one reason and that's because of Jason. Great job

So you can see from other reviews that this dealership needs A LOT of work in the customer appreciation department. Therefore, I will start off with very few positives. NIKESH AMIN and ANDRE TYLER understood our mission and found the right SUV for the price range we were looking for. So they shouldn't be penalized for the SHADY tactics of their management, However, that's where the positivity ends. The dealership management is SHIEISTY, to say the least. They railroaded us on our trade by $2K-$3K. They darn near demanded $4K down because we were upside down on our trade and they supposedly underpriced the SUV we were buying by $10K. Then, while in finance they gave us a gas token for $25 and expected us to fill up our Durango with that little bit of money. Their used car process is wherever the gas is in the car you are buying that's what you leave with. Why are pre-owned car buyers being punished by this dealership and not getting full tanks of gas??? Because they can. I contacted MOPAR corporate about this issue and was redirected back to this SHIEISTY dealership to resolve the problem. Needless to say, I have not heard back from them in over a week. They apparently have NO intentions of rectifying this situation. Oh, I almost forgot to mention how they showed us an SUV with front end damage as a purchase option. Then, we had to wait an additional 4 hours after finishing with financing for the front and rear brakes to be repaired. Shouldn't this have been done before listing the SUV for sale? STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHEISTY DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! They don't care nor take the time to treat preowned customers with the respect and consideration they should easily expect to receive!

I emailed Mr. Lambert my response on January 10th. He has yet to take the time to respond to my email. His generic response above is just that. He never intended to make this situation right and could again care less. I take his lack of response to my email as a lack of care or interest in truly making this situation right or creating a positive car buying experience. I will be sure to forward this lack of response back to Mopar corporate for their additional consideration.

Bought a keep wrangler that had a check engine and tire...

Bought a keep wrangler that had a check engine and tire pressure light on when I picked it up. I was told it would go away as I drive it. Took it to get looked at and the manager said I had to wait 3 days so they can see if it was something I did! $37,000 cash and this is the treatment I get?

BEWARE!!! Bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" truck only to...

BEWARE!!! Bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" truck only to realize the next day that I have mismatched tires (front doesn't match the back or each other and have different levels of wear), mismatched floor mats (1 all-weather and 2 cloth), the trailer wiring is dangling because the bracket on the bumper is gone and there is clear evidence of moisture in the passenger headlight. After reaching out, they only agreed to "assess" the headlight and trailer wiring. Then I find out that my financing is not what I thought I had agreed to. 10k down and 30k out the door only to learn that I have actually financed over 36k at a different interest rate!!! Save yourself and buy ANYWHERE else. 2 stars only because Harsha was so friendly, unlike the other guy who spoke to me like I was stupid.

So far this is been a bad experience. Towed my 2019 Ram...

So far this is been a bad experience. Towed my 2019 Ram truck in for electrical issues over 2 weeks ago. Every time I call no one returns my message so I drove over 2 times last week and now this week. STILL NO CLUE as to what is wrong with my truck. By the way I'm approved for a rental from Hertz ( on site ) but they don't answer the phone nor have any cars 14 days now and costing.Now I get an email from a Ram corporate representative and they said Landmark is not returning there emails or call either.

Landmark Dodge service department SUCKS!!! Second bad experience... made my appointment two months ahead for repair a windshield nozzle, now I called to confirm app. and was told forgotten to order part! Someone will reach out. xxxx! First time didn't have brake pads.... need to get it together there.

I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler 2019 had to return had wire issues, bought a 2021 charger fuel pump bad and bought a 2021 challenger fuel pump bad as well and I haven’t made the first payment and these guys haven’t reached out and said anything. I believe they think this is ok.

Tim, I do understand that sometimes new cars will have issues but my Frustration is more around the customers service. At no point or time did anyone reach out to me to Even apologize. When I bought this vehicle the sales person text called daily to make sure I was gonna buy the vehicle and take the survey but as soon as the issues begun no calls not a care in the world.

I called today to get my 2020 Ram 3500 in to get repair...

I called today to get my 2020 Ram 3500 in to get repair work done. The truck has suddenly developed a severe shutter in the front end to the point I am not sure it can safely be driven. I called the service department and was placed directly on hold. When someone finally got to me, I was told it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get me in. When I expressed my concerns over the drivability of the truck I was told I should bring it in and drop it off since I didn’t think it was drivable. This is the dealership that I purchased the truck from and I would expect better customer service from them. When I mentioned that this is my work truck and I can not afford to be without it for at least 3 weeks, the person on the phone just didn’t care.
