    Took my vehicle to them because my CEL had come on. It sat there for 2 weeks and everyday Pullen had a different lie to tell, when I called to check. Finally... told me that the mechanic put the cover back on and the CEL did not come back on. Said he drove it 40 miles and it still did not come on. Well I drove it for 1 day and it came back on. Well Mr. Pullen did warn me. Sir it might come back on as soon as you drive it out of the parking lot. Liars

    Mr. Alton Taylor had very good customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and tried going over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Unfortunately,... the financing wouldn’t match up to what I wanted. I still recommend people to him because he goes over and beyond to try and make sure needs are met.

    I was having trouble with my Wrangler soft top and stopped in to Landmark. Even though I wasn’t interested in a purchase a salesman (Lamin Ceesay)... came right out and helped me. Truly awesome experience.

    Absolutely awful experience. They advertised a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT - Stock #J59316A - I spoke with a sales person to confirm the vehicle was still available... and would be ready for my mechanic to inspect it. The salesperson confirmed availability. I traveled to the dealership and after a 20 minute wait - the salesperson brought the "wrong" car to the front. Another 10 minutes went by and they brought out the correct vehicle. My mechanic walked to the car and in two seconds told me - you don't want this car. I was surprised that he judged the car unsuitable so quickly until I saw the "cracked LCD" screen. The car was in terrible condition and I was furious that the dealer wasted my time with such FALSE advertising. Deliberately misleading - Bait and Switch. No effort to try and make things right. DON'T go to this dealer.

    With this rating I do have to say my car is still not fixed but landmark has really tried to fix it after a month being in the shop saying that mark Pullman... was outstanding trying to help and the service manger Steve went to bat for me and spoke with the sell center and they gave me 100.00 in a gift card for the gas I used back in forth The problem is still not fixed but I think it is a over sight with the mechanic not finding the problem . Will see Steve on Monday hoping we can find the problem.

    It has taken over a month for my vehicle to be fixed. Had to call corporate office to expedite repairs. Not pleased with communication or overall service.... Transportation to and from work was impacted by the slow service.

    I ordered my 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Eddie Rosa at Landmark Dodge across the country (I'm in CA, they're in GA). He worked with me throughout... every step of the process, and was extremely helpful, easy to deal with, very communicative, and made sure my end-to-end experience was pleasant *and* most importantly did *not* feel like he was "selling me a car." A few months after ordering (we ordered right when MY2017 ended, so there was a slight delay from Dodge), my car arrived at Landmark Dodge in GA. He prepped it, worked through the Lease details and paperwork (FedEx'd overnight back and forth to knock it out quickly), and shipped the car to me. Yes, I bought it sight unseen. Zero issues, Eddie and the team at Landmark were worthy of my trust, and I'm pleased to say they lived up to my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering my next SRT from them, even though there are many Dodge dealerships closer to me (~2,500 miles away).
