Outstanding Service

Nick Culver helped me get a new vehicle. He put no pressure on me or my wife and was super friendly and very nice. He worked with my budget and even bent over backwards to get us a better deal in just under a week! He explained everything to us and even stated that if we needed anything or had any questions to make sure we called him. This man is top notch. Thank you for making this experience a great one. Don't Do It!!

First and last time dealing with this dealership.... the sale team was eager to work and sale me the new car but the service department was way less than eager to repair it once I started having trouble with it after owning it for 3 months... I took it in several times (every other week) because the engine light kept coming on....they said they couldn't find a problem and one even said to me twice that maybe it was the way I put the gas cap on...and all they did was reset the computer...I made all of my appointments for 8:00 AM and I would have to call them every time to see if my car was ready and after it being there 5 to 6 hours, they would say that they were just getting to my car....... FINALLY got in touch with Chrysler and they had me take it to a different dealership to see what they would say about it and they found that I have a bad computer and major transmission problems and wouldn't let me drive my car off their lot until the repairs were completed. Definitely will not be back here to do business with this dealership's service department.

went in to pick up a bag i left in service lounge

came in to pick up a bag i left in the service lounge. nick came up to me and asked me if i came to buy a car . i told him no. just a bit later after driving several jeeps and dodges he bought me supper and sold me a BRAND NEW DART! rick the manager was so nice and understanding he and jerry the finance man got me a great deal and i couldnt be happier.

LOVE Scott Evans !

I just bought my second vehicle from Scott Evans and I could not be more happy . Michael Smith was are salesperson and he was great ! He wasn't overly pushy , he listened to what I wanted , and he worked is a fantastic deal for us . He wasn't looking to just make a sale , he was looking out for us first . I would recommend this place and Michael to anyone ! Will make all of my vehicle purchases from them .

Go there and ask for Nick Culver. He is amazing.

Went to look around a bit and was lucky enough to meet Nick. You will not find a salesman anywhere who will treat you with such respect and who is as knowledgable as him. No pressure at all. I am in the market for a new Dodge and will be buying one from him very soon. Save yourself some time and go see Nick.

New 2013 Dodge Avenger SXT

Been shopping around for the Dodge Avenger SXT 2013 for exact color, amenities since my wreck on Monday and been all around GA even AL looking and Scott Evans Dodge in Carrollton, GA were the only ones had that special customer service and even offered to pick me up from my home and bring me to the dealership and did! Which I am in Douglasville which is about 25-30 min or 23 miles door to door. I have did business with Mike Patton in Lagrange Ga and they to the say as Scott Evans and highly recommend either company but Patton is 1 hour and 10min from me and I needed someone local and give my business to home. The best sales person was Gerald Ugbana - no pressure or pushy and greeted me upon arrival. Other staff such as Ken Brockman, Rob Parrish, Sylvester, Jerry Conner and the young internet ladies that picked me up (Ms. Stallings and the new lady were such a breath of fresh air. Rob was down to earth and cared. Ken worked really hard to find what I wanted and getting it. Jerry was complete and went over everything. They all were good listeners and I believe they really care not just sales people they are real! Looking forward to having my car serviced with Scott Evans and to continue to do business with them in the future. How I found out about Scott Evans is my Allstate Insurance people shared them with me stating that there relative bought car there and have had service and enjoyed them. Daughter's 1st car

My husband bought his pt cruiser earlier this year and no troubles whatsoever. So we decided to have our daughter go here too. They were able to get the car she wanted 07 dodge Caliber in her price range which made her extremely happy. Also she is on the title with her father so she can now build up her credit. Great place and people will be returning to get me a car soon. Rob Parrish and all the others are extremely professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.

The best sales man yet ... Gerald Ugbana

All of the sales men were nice but I can honestly say that Gerald was pretty awesome. This was I first attempt to purchase a car and he was really helpful and patient with me. Although it took what seemed like a million attempts to find the car for me, we finally found it. The 2012 Dodge Advenger, I absolutely love my car and it's all thanks you Gerald :))!!!!
