I recently enjoyed my experience with Josh at Masters, he was kind and professional. Even though I was window shopping he took the time to assist me. The finance manager was great, never have I learned so much in a short time regarding the finance process. I will shop with them in the future.

Bad customer service
Before the whole service department left we had great experiences. I went today to have a tire patched on my 2023 Camaro, and the first thing that happened was the guy was going to put a whole new tire on. I explained again that I just needed it patched. The guy that checked me in wasn't rude, but wasn't going out of his way to be nice either. I was there an hour and a half and finally asked how much longer it would be. They came back and said it would be a little while because they were low on staff and were using one tool for 4 different vehicles. After two and a half hours it was finally done. They left fingerprints all over my rim and never even tried cleaning them off. The guy ahead of me paying for his vehicle complained that he has never paid $200 for an oil change and the service guy just wanted to argue with him so he told him that he would not be back. They lost 2 customers in one day because I will never go back again. If I could give them a zero I would.

Never do business again
Awful I was lead to believe that I needed a bunch of parts that didn?t even fix the issues. I spent over $3,000 and I?m still having issues with my a/c/ I notice that they don?t sell many cars for one they don?t have much of a inventory so the service department is keeping the doors open but they won?t keep them open with another dime of mine!

Steer Clear
Crooks!!! They fired their old crew in service dept b/c they weren't getting their number$ now they're losing customers!!!! I've never complained about any public place in my life but Master Chev Aiken has caused me & 4 other people I know major problems. The wasted money even caused family problems. Steer clear !!

First, we haven't fired anyone in our service department. Your car was last here on January 25th and it is now May 31st. Blake, our service director, has offered to help you and your father, but you refuse to bring your car back so we can help. Our offer still stands if you would like to bring your car back in. My salesperson, Katie was very professional and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed whilr I was there. By far the best service I’ve had at any dealership.

Disappointed
I have been a customer for Chevy of Aiken for 15 years bought a Kia Forte that lasted a really long time had the normal wear and tear over the years it was used when I bought it but I had no complaints. we also bought a Pontiac Vibe that was a good car no complaints. in December of 2021 I bought a Chevy Equinox in August of 2022 it started having issues it needed new tires whole set, it needed a new battery, it needed front brakes, the 2010 to 2017 Equinox have oil consumption problems. which they should know about because there was 2 bulletins issued about them. In November I called them and they said come in we will see what we can do for you, the only thing they did for me was give me a runaround and said they wouldn't buy a battery cuz it had been a year which it was a month away from being a year and was going to do something about a recall on a windshield wiper that's it that's all they're going to do for me. they didn't even do a diagnostic to see what was going on. Then in January I tried three times to call up there to talk to the sales manager and he was gone, finally talked to the general manager and I said I wanted to try to trade the vehicle so I went in to trade the vehicle and there was nothing they would do for me. I'm very disappointed cuz I really liked going to them and thought highly of them and even recommended other people to them but I won't do that no more
