Defective rotors

Need new brake rotors at 31000 miles and less than 3 years old? Not covered by warranty? Something smells fishy here!

Bell and Bell Not what you may have heard

We are from Lumberton NC and have many friends and associates that have bought cars and trucks from Bell and Bell and we inquired about a SUV there today. They said we were beyond 60 miles from them so there would be a $5,000 market adjustment. Obviously we told them to keep it. But rest assured we will share this with those friends and associates because this is simply ridiculous. We have one family member that owns a business here that is more than 60 miles and they own 12-13 trucks and an SUV that were all bought there and no problems.

Car key fob not working - after going through a wash cycle! Unable to repair, but B&B had a fob in the parts shop which they calibrated for my car. Quick process and reasonable price. Thank you!

Hi my name is Mrs.Jackson and I live in Fayetteville North Carolina but I drove to BELL AND BELL in South Carolina to by my new Buick mainly because of the conversation that I had over the phone with my sales man Shawn. I left one short message and in 2min. Flate he called me right back. I had got to the dealership late but they didn't care because I was to buy a car from Durham that was over priced, but I then called Shawn at BELL and BELL and he made me feel like a person and not just a dollar sign. When I got there he was so very nice as well as the rest of the staff. Time was not on my side and they did not care how long it took. I got my new Buick Enclave for my 60th birthday gift and they even bought it to my house..Wow what a surprise that was. It made me cry..I love my new Buick and now I have a new car to drive my Grandkids in . Thank you BELL And BELL you really made this Grandmother very happy. Thanks Mr.Shawn for caring. Mrs.P.Jackson

The Service Department staff at Bell & Bell were...

The Service Department staff at Bell & Bell were courteous and professional. I had scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation there. I had also asked that they check on a recent issue with the blind-spot mirror alerts our not working. It took about an hour and a half for them to complete the oil change, tire rotation and their evaluation. No working findings on my blind-spot issue, but it's still working now.


Buick 2008

The repairs to the a/c were not fixed the first time. We had to pay our $200.00 deductible again for the same repair to the a/c. Not happy about that!
