November 28, 2023 our 2018 F250 Diesel broke down at 80,000 miles under a Ford Extended Warranty which I had paid an extra $3000.00 for when we bought the truck new. Had it towed to Don Rich as it was the closest shop. They kept it 40 days before they told us they could not fix it as they did not have a certified diesel mechanic on staff. They had not had one for several weeks is my understanding. They had it towed to Haney Ford in Hiram. In the meantime we had spent over $2000.00 for a rental as they "did not have a loaner on the lot" as stated by the service manager. Haney gave us a brand new vehicle as a loaner as soon as we got to the shop to sign papers for repairs. Rich service managers also did not tell us that if the rental was a Ford vehicle there were Ford programs that would help pay for it. The service manager did tell Enterprise to give us the cheapest rental they had which was a Mitsubishi. We would have paid for a Ford if we had known they would help with the costs. The Rich service manager still refuses to acknowledge his lack of knowledge (ignorance) about Ford policies on Extended warranties. He also refuses to acknowledge his fault in the rental that cost us over $2000. Will never take another vehicle to them again even if I have to drive 100 miles away to find one.

Steer clear of this place!
Bought a used vehicle from them. Received a notice about a recall concerning a transmission cable and took it in for repair. A month later the transmission goes completely out and they wanted to charge me over $6000 to repair. They obviously don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. Needless to say they will be getting no more of my business.

Don -Rich Ford is honest and reliable folks. This is a strange thing in the day which we live, but I found them and will not change. The hometown folks are friendly and you can sit and talk to the owners at any time. The only thing I had to talk to the owners about was how great it is to be at a HONEST dealership. The will not lie to you but only tell you what is true. The no hassle people are there and i'll be there Thursday T Rice 8-28-2015
