I cane in for an oil change 3/29. The other Michael L would listen to me in previous visits since I bought my car, and come inform me of what was going on. New Mike did not. I told him I had Esc codes multiple times and asked them check my battery. I would have paid for a battery. New Mike did not inform me of anything along the way. Changed my oil and then called me up to check out & said they don?t see that code. I realize that some women are not mechanically savvy, but I feel the new Mike, with the British accent, ignored me because I am a woman and it was too much work. I guess I have to ask a man to bring my car next time and ask for a battery. We also bought a new vehicle and they screwed up our account. Never got a text. Also asked about a wheel that I was told was covered by the warranty I bought with my car. He said he would have to check. STILL waiting a week later.
