After a poor judgement call by my 74 year old mother on purchasing a vehicle here, I negotiated a return. The manager agreed to a 1200.00 loss on our end... which I agreed to. My mother returned the vehicle and neglected to read the fine print. They stole 4000.00 from her at that point. Crooks.
Buyer Beware, the General Manager Cody Jeffers word means absolutely nothing. Told me nearly a month ago he would have “his dent guy” repair damage to... my car that was caused in their detail shop. He even said he would send the guy to my place of work to make it more convenient for me. Now he avoids my phone calls, will not return my messages, no follow up. Nothing. Buyer Beware, these are the type of Ethics (or the lack thereof) your dealing with.
I spent 6 months shopping for the best deal on a very specific vehicle to purchase. I changed my search accidentally and stumbled onto a dealer that was... very far away from me (600 miles). I was doubtful that it would work out, seeing that I needed to the entire process via email/phone and have a solid trust in the vehicle prior to committing to a drive down and back. The sales person at this dealership was extremely communicative with me, and handled dozens of emails and phone calls over a three day period going over every detail of the truck, sending me any info I needed and when he was not available, another person was happy to step in and help me. We were able to work out a great price for their truck, work on getting a good price for my trade in and commit that the truck would be there after my 9 hour drive. Everything worked out perfectly and if I lived in that area, I would certainly be giving them my business in the future. I would gladly recommend them to anyone else that is looking for the right vehicle at the right price.
Over the phone you are not important, I live 9hrs away they have a truck i want. I tried to deal with them over the phone but was getting no response.... Said they would call in the morning and didn't. When I called in I was told directly that I wasn't as important as walk in customers. So i just kept getting shuffled to the back. Wow not a great way to treat customers, my money is green too. I'm not a tire kicker, I told him I was ready to buy as soon as they gave me a number for my trade in. Disappointed, my truck search continues......

I had been to several call lots that day looking for a new or close to new mid-size suv and no really wanted to help me, I knew about what I wanted but... no one wanted to walk out on the lot and some even walked past me to help someone else. I wasn't being picky,(I sold cars for three years many moons ago.) I went back home and decided to get online and seen one that I thought I might like so I rode over the next day looked at it and decided that is the one and all I needed was them to have after market leather added , in which they set up a appointment that was convenient with me , picked up the car and returned it. I had locked myself out of my car one time and it was local, they were also closing,but one of the guys in the service department came by with out a fuss to unlock my car. I was very Thankful!! When I get my oil changed its always pretty fast.

Everyone was great, never thought buying a truck 1000 miles away would turn out so well. The owner of the dealership should be very proud to have such... a great team. Job well done
I recently inquired about a used Dodge truck, the first person I talked to was very Rude, the second person I talked to was better but couldn't finish... talking to me and try to close a deal because he and the owner had to go on a hunting trip, and the third person tried to make things right but failed also. I was lied to and jerked around and the truck was sold out from under me before I could even test drive it.
