My 18 year old daughter was having an issue with her Jeep

My 18 year old daughter was having an issue with her Jeep Compass. What we thought was going to be a very expensive issue turned out to be an easy fix! Thank you, Joe Stroud, and the entire O'Neal service team! You are such a pleasure to work with! I appreciate your honesty and integrity!

Awesome work

Great service writers. Shout out to Sydney. Fabulous service. Prompt, affordable and excellent job done on our Ram Truck. Matt Beshers made it 100% worth the drive. Our truck is back to excellent running order. Highly recommend this dealership

Ram 3500 6.

Ram 3500 6.7. 1 week job turned into 4. $5200 later still leaks oil. Lies!!! Ordered parts without calling first, LIES!!!! I wouldn't recommend this Ram service department for major issues. Beau says the truck is running if you need to come get it that bad!!! But I don't recommend it. What sense does that make! He order the part on Tuesday didn't find out until 1pm that Friday the truck was suppose to be ready the part didn't come. I go get get the part bring it to you Monday and now the truck want be ready until Tuesday afternoon. If you're looking to have major work, and not to have issues after they "repair" one issue this is not the place. If you have high mileage Beau thinks that's an issue also.

Sorry service department they didnt fix a proble

I took my van to them it wouldnt start they had it for a few days told me it wasnt fuel pump but a couple days later said it was fuel pump they replaced it and a bad wire called said it was fixed but when i went to get it technican took me to van said fuel pump was bad but it might not start when i turn it off and gave ma a short peice of wire and told me if it doesnt start to hold wire on battery hot side then hold it to fuel pump fuse then start van rute then i knew what happened to my fuel pump they burned it up

Bait and Switch. Once the dealership gets caught in lies...

Bait and Switch. Once the dealership gets caught in lies they tell you they won't sell you the car or trying to sell you on some other vehicle. Then when you catch them in the lies then they don't want to sell you anything.

After a poor judgement call by my 74 year old mother on purchasing a vehicle here, I negotiated a return. The manager agreed to a 1200.00 loss on our end which I agreed to. My mother returned the vehicle and neglected to read the fine print. They stole 4000.00 from her at that point. Crooks.
