The complete purchased was very persaonal and staff was very nice and professonial. The salesperson was great in giving details showing how to operate... tne vehicle. It did not take all day hours to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and ready when we got there for our appointment. Just a great experience.

Car buying has sure changed since 2000, the last time we bought a NEW car! We started research on the Internet with Victor, from GRand Strand Nissan. He... knows his product inside and out, in fact we spent over a half hour going over the basics of the Altima before taking it for a test drive. The car sold itself, and it is a wise sales associate that let the product do the talking! By the end of the afternoon, we were going home with a new car. However, it was not only Victor that was quick and efficient the Business Manager, Manny Gil guided us through the finer points of car financing, and was able to arrange a suitable payment plan. Both of these gentlemen know their product and their business, thus making the whole car buying experience a pleasant one! We were so pleased that we took the time to write a note to the dealership and the headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee on how pleased we were with the team at Grand Strand Nissan. We will definitely be dealing with them again! By the way, the Altima is a smooth driving vehicle, and we love it! Thank you Grand Strand Nissan!

My overall experience with this dealership was very disappointing. My family and I drove all the way from Orangeburg, SC to purchase a car from this dealership.... When we arrived we were told that someone had the car on an extended test drive an there was no paperwork to retrieve the car or the customer that was test driving the car. My assumption is that they were either holding the car for someone else or one of the workers was sporting the car out for the weekend. Either way I was very unsatisfied and will never purchase a vehicle from this location.
Just purchased a Nissan Rogue SV from Grand Strand Nissan and have to say that the entire experience was GREAT!! We were greeted by Glenn Wilson who was... eager to answer all our questions but did NOT ONCE pressure us into buying. We did have a trade and they were very fair in our negotiations. Vito in finance was very thorough and easy to work with as well. We've had the Rogue for two weeks and are really enjoying it!! Very attentive and kind when buying ....though be prepared to be there for 2-4 hrs ! Beware when there is something wrong with your car though Service... people are friendly but the end results may not be what you're looking for. And if it's not , there is no support from Management or corporate to assist you.

Do not try and make a deal with this dealership, drive to another Nissan dealer even if it's far away. They do not believe in good values, will say they... didn't do anything wrong, blame the customer, and just poor business practices. They are the type of place that gives the word salesman a bad name. I sent two people there to buy cars before they showed they're true colors. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
