Fishman, thank you so much for your high rating! We look forward to seeing you again!
I see a lot of negative reviews of this dealership.
I see a lot of negative reviews of this dealership. I have bought two vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 years always been treated Fairly. . I was able to come to an agreement on those vehicles with a sales person and sales staff. I get the new vehicle I Bought this year serviced in the service department every 5000 miles. I am a Master tech, I took my vehicle into the service department to see if they would diagnose it correctly and I knew there was a technical service bulletin on what I was taking in. They told me it’d be $140 because this part was surprisingly out of warranty at 18,000 miles. I knew that since there was a TSB on the part, it would be covered by warranty after agreeing that I would pay $140 for them to diagnose it and fix it. I received the car back. They informed me there was a TSB on the issue And that it would be covered by warranty. Now after that little test, I trust the service department to not bill you for what is not needed. They could have easily just took my $140 as they planned on doing. But were found to be honest. I will not hesitate to use the service department again just wanted to share.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Had my vehicle towed to Nissan Grand Strand.
Had my vehicle towed to Nissan Grand Strand. One coil pack replacement cost me $549. Nissan OEM genuine part is 95.00. When I talked with the service manager, I told him that the car had just been tuned up . They charged me $180 for an all point inspection. Tell me why $180 to hook up a car to a computer which most places don’t charge for. The part needed to be replaced takes about 15 minutes at the most. It’s pulling a plug and removing a bolt removing & replacing the coil pack and torquing the bolt back down. Said it wasn’t hooked up right. They had to reposition a part and wires which were hooked up incorrectly. I talked to another dealership and was informed that was not true. My mechanic also confirmed that wasn’t true. Make sure they say warranty is valid. I was informed by Nissan emergency services that I had 100% coverage and it wouldn’t cost me anything. I was charged $549 because my warranty wasn’t valid. Somebody lied!

Horrible experience
I went this morning for a flat tire repair and I arrive at 10 am. Jared Pugh told me would take one hour or an hour and a half to fix my flat tire and change my oil. I was there for two hours and my car wasn't in the garage yet for service. I was late and had to leave before I had any service done. He's an incompetent and liar. As a customer at Nissan for years I was very disappointed with this employee! Nissan can do better than that for their loyal customers!! Shame on you Jared!!

V P, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case.
Do better Nissan
I scheduled an appointment for a routine oil two weeks ago. I arrived on time, asked for no extras, just an oil change. I could tell they were busy however I felt confident it wouldn't be long because they were expecting me. TWO hours later I was told my vehicle was ready, there was no mention of the extended wait, a simple acknowledgment of my wait time would have been appreciated. Oh and the cherry on top, 86$ for a synthetic oil change. What a terrible experience. I’ve been a customer for several years and Nissan hasn’t always been like this but you can now feel the cold and uncaring attitude. I won’t be returning .

Hi Kim, we appreciate your honest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve.
Crooks at the beach
After not getting a response for over a year concerning my 2015 Nissan Altima I finally got a call back about a transmission issue. My car stopped working the day after Nissan on of Grant Strand touch it. They told me they did nothing wrong, but yet my transmission fluid was gone and I have no leaks. So basically they called me a lie and said oh yeah we will replace it for you for $6,000. Stay away from these dirty people…. I am beyond pissed.

Our service department can always be reached M-F 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The diagnosis was completed on this vehicle on 2/9/21 and further work was declined. On 10/10/22 contact was made regarding an issue with the vehicle. We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Grand Strand Nissan.
Is this fraud?
It’s to bad I can’t say zero (0) stars. I ordered a 2022 Pathfinder on December 2nd 2021 and put a deposit down with the Grand Strand Nissan dealership on December 17th 2021. I was told it would be in around March of 2022, and I’m positive it did come in and was sold to someone else. So the cover up with Nissan begins. I have paperwork from them where an order was placed for me on April 27 2022 and I committed to a down payment on May 27th 2022. I’m sure they didn’t mean to hand me this paperwork but I do have it. But, my credit card was charged in December 2021. See where I am going with this? From April on I was given excuse after excuse about a delay in parts and still I waited because I did a special order. Nissan corporate says special orders are only 3-4 months and they are looking into it. A pathfinder came in Friday September 9th 2022 they say is mine and nothing is correct with the special order I made. I mean I did do a complete build to my specifications. It’s really a shame, I have bought from them before and have my 350z that I purchased from them and have it serviced there, or at least I did.

Bad experience with service !!!
I just visited the service department this morning . What a terrible experience !! The staff promptly told me if I didn’t have an appointment it would be next week . They were all staring and not friendly and clearly had nothing to do but make the customer feel like they came from Mars . They said they were busy from “ the holiday “ Seriously!! One day . It’s hard enough just to get to them on 501 . But the cold and uncaring vibes solidifies that I won’t be returning .

Grand strand Nissan giving me the runaround
I left a review about my experience with my 2015 Nissan Altima routine transmission flush and Grand strand Nissan provided a number to get in touch with them. It has been over a year my car still isn’t right and the number they gave me the operator sends me to a voicemail….. I have yet to speak to a live person… smh
